I took my truck up to geek squad about 6 months ago to get an auto start added on. I’m not very good at wiring and I wanted to make sure the job got done right so I brought it up to geek squad. Straight off the bat I came in on my appointment day waited for a few hours just to hear I would have to reschedule to another day. Fine enough everyone gets busy sometimes no big deal. I bring it in the next best day and it takes them a few hours to install not bad. Works great for about a few weeks . Then while driving about 2 or 3 wires got wrapped around my steering column therefore being unable to turn my vehicle and nearly going off the road. Then the auto start stopped working. I take a look under my steering column and am greeted with a bird nest of wires. It was as if they didn’t care about it at all. The actual unit for the auto start wasn’t even tied down or bolted up. It was just laying on top of all the wires. I begin to inspect the wiring further and find wires linked together with no electric tape or anything. The last thing I want is my truck catching on fire. Read moreI am a bit disappointed in Geek Squad. My grandmother, who is on hospice, called in for assistance. They helped her do a mobile order for a new laptop. They advised her when the appointment would be and everything would be at the desk when we got there. She spook to a gentleman named Diego. Upon arriving, nothing was ready. The laptop was out of stock, and no appointment was set. We had brought the old desktop for the data transfer, which wasn't easy to carry along with my elderly grandpa. They could not find us in the system and refused to do any sort of corrective action. Because time is extremely limited and we need into the computer, we were forced into buying another laptop and an appointment way out. This was poor communication, and she should have NEVER been told she had an appointment and they'd have her things ready if they were...
Read moreIf i could give zero stars i would. My boyfriend went in earlier this week to set up an appointment to get his screen fixed on his iphone. When he went in they told him they could fix it and would order a new screen. His appointment was today, We went in they got us set up and told us it would be approximately 2 hours, no big deal. Well after the two hour mark they proceeded to come out and tell us they couldn't fix the phone because apparently something with the charging port and face ID (which both worked perfectly fine before hand) When they gave us the phone back his screen was in WORSE condition than when we went in, bigger crack in the screen and now the screen won't turn on! If you want your phone actually fixed this place is NOT your best option, you're better off going...
