Haven't had pho in a while so I was definitely looking forward to it! We stopped by on a Saturday just after they opened. A few options for us vegan folks! Service was great, our waitress was Kathy. The food was awesome! I'll definitely be returning!

Egg rolls - they have their frying technique perfected! The way these were crisped was definitely appreciated!! Even the one that came out looking a little wonky was tasty!

Pho - veggie broth with vegetables and tofu!! I tasted it before adding everything in it and the base was pretty tasty by itself. I would never eat it that way but it's always good know where you're starting at. I added the bean sprouts, cilantro, lime juice and the kicker for me was the basil. I loved how that sweetness was unexpected with random bites!! I also added chili oil, the paste and sriracha. I would have loved to have mushrooms but it came with bok choy, carrots, baby corn and broccoli. I'm in love with this dish!!

Crab Rangoon - Per my cousin: the best she's ever had! She loved that it tasted fresh and. It like imitation crab. First that she had that was prepared with onions in it. She ate the whole appetizer by herself and danced every step of the way. LOL

They also have a cute lil robot that delivers the food to your table if you're into that...

We had 3 adults and 3 little children and 1 sound asleep the whole time. We purchased 3 adult meals and were forced to pay an 18% tip $81 for lunch and waitress kept insisting it was for a party of 6 but she never served 6. We were dictated and told you WILL PAY when she didn’t even do the service for what she was claiming we owed. Awful service, awful attitude. Will not be back so I hope it was worth her dictatorship to lose customers. Im sure this isn’t a 1st at this establishment ☹️ the owner is now stating they witnessed us being there and how hard the cleanup would be with children seeing that 1 was asleep the whole time and another one that is 1 1/2 and didn’t even have a plate of food. That is really sad. If you saw that, you would have stepped in and noted to the waitress those facts. So the fact is we weren’t a table of 6 people dining at your establishment and you charged for 2 of the children that were in their parents laps so if that is how you do business it most certainly is noted and will be shared because no mother deserves to pay for a sleeping child or a toddler that isn’t old enough to eat that type of food yet. We always leave tips but being forced 18% on a table that never served 6 is very wrong indeed. Shame on your establishment for...

Gone are the days of having to travel long distances for PHO because @pure_pho_gainesville opened their doors recently off of Dawsonville Hwy (by the CHICK FIL A).

I had a large PHO beef bowl and also tried their crispy fried egg noodles with chicken... delicious!! I was laughing when I noticed this robot named Bella bringing my food out while blasting music 🤣 I didn't want any of that attention but oh well 🤷‍♂️

I had their pork spring roll and although I enjoy it, it doesn't have enough pork. Two bites and you run out 😏 The peanut sauce it comes with is of course 🙌 The one disappointment was their THAI TEA. It was too watery and the tapioca/boba were all stuck together so I didn't get to enjoy much of it with the drink.

Service was friendly and the food came out fairly fast. I was there on a Friday around 6PM and it was very comfortable. If you're hot this summer and looking to cool off, try a bowl of PHO!! It will help regulate your temperature and ultimately help you cool off. Don't believe me!? Ask the googles!! 😂
