We made reservations, we were not just walk ins! When we got there I asked for some limes with my drink. Drinks come and no lines. No big deal, I understand you forget, so I mention it nicely gain. Half way through the meal the server comes walking over to me literally holding two limes in each hand between all his fingers š£. Very disgusted I said "No thank you." When our salads come only some are delivered to us. At which the server states he will bring the rest right out. Our cook comes out about 10 to 15min later to cook. We mention the rest of the salads at which he says "oh yeah". There was only 2 other tables, at which were finished pretty much, so they were not busy. The salads never come. When mentioned at the end of the meal because we really do not see our server again after that. He says "oh I'm sorry...." does not offer to fix the situation or anything. We also never got out shrimp appetizer that it clearly states comes with the hibachi meals. Never reserved any drink refills nor saw our server to even be able to ask for one. On our reservation we stated we had a birthday and would like the song and cake. End of the meal came and nothing happened. Yet when we got there they were doing it for another table, so its not like it is not done. What a disappointment! At the very end when we are paying, we hand the server both tickets and money for each individually. Right after being handed the second, which was directly after being handed the first he states "you did not pay for both tickets". We then look at him and say "It is right there in your hand, look!". He looks dont, looks confused, then we repeat and literally show him, to which he says sorry and leaves. The case of possibly not understanding us was not the issue, he spoke perfect English. We will not be back and are very disappointed...

Now, I don't know what happened from two weeks ago to today but it was amateur hour. The food was bland. There were two waiters basically fighting each other for tables. They added items to my check that I didn't order. And they also added an 18% gratuity to my check. There was only us two so no gratuity should have been automatically added. This is very deceitful and we will not return. Update: This place was good two years ago. Now, it's the worst hibatchi in the area. The staff are 16 at best and don't give a flip about a job. And I've been attempted cheated on my check twice in the last 6 months. Like adding things to my bill that I didn't order. Adding an 18% gratuity to my party of 2. And the menu clearly reads gratuity is 15% of parties of 6 and the still charged 18% with a party of 5. Last night we made reservations for 5 and upon arrival there was no record of my reservation. Waited an hour for appetizers. Still no cook. I spoke with the manager about all of our historical issues and he just waved me off and walked away saying "give them a 15% discount." We called in a verified the location (due to the fact that they have multiple). We placed our to-go order, they took our name and number and proceeded to tell me that it would be about a 30 minute wait. After waiting and then arriving about 30 minutes later, we were told that there was no order for us very loudly in front of a group of waiting customers and that we must have the wrong location. I pulled out my phone and ask that they tell me their phone number to make sure that I called the correct place. They repeated their number which matched my caller ID. There was no apology, there was no "we are so sorry let us get your order started right now." We were stared at blankly and again told "well we only have one order and it's not yours." We walked out. I'm not even upset about at the fact that our order wasn't placed, everyone makes mistakes especially on a busy night ... i'm upset about how rude and unprofessional they acted in response to the situation. I can only assume they're rude and unprofessional always. Won't be returning...
