The manager, i think he was the manager, was in a hurry to get the order and not concerned with us after that. My wife brought the specifications for our bed frame and the manager assured us all was well. When the bed was delivered alas the were missing the additional parts that were needed to be used for our frame. Customer service called and apologized and ordered the parts free of charge. The salesman called later and when asked why he would tell us something he was not sure was true said how would he know whether the bed would fit. Not I am sorry, nothing. All he had to do was pick up the phone and call customer service and they could have told him what we needed but unfortunately he was not interested in our experience only his commission. We have not received the bed yet and I am thinking about cancelling the order and buying at another store just to keep him from enjoying the commission...

He did a great job of matching our needs to our budget and was never overly pushy. He presented options add asked for the sale in a very professional manner.
