First off, I want to say that your staffs, especially host and servers, are the face of your establishments. My family and I came out to have dinner here the past Easter and were rudely treated by the host (middle aged Hispanic woman). Instead of being rational, professional and explanatory, she rudely told us we were deceitful customers because we were not aware that here they do not seat incomplete parties (we only had 2 missing out a more than 10 and would have ordered for them) and were ready to have her seat us. I was appalled and disgusted by her poor manners. It costs nothing to be kind and she chose to be hell-bent for whatever reasons in what may be going on in her personal life. Right after telling us we were “cheaters” (yep she said that word verbatim) she smirked and spoke in her native tongue to the other staffs making it known to us she was clearly bullying us. She even touched my 6 year old daughters’ hands to move them away from her podium (a heavy, solid block of wood that wasn’t go nowhere) because she said she was going to hurt herself, not sure how but I would have appreciated my child not being touched by a stranger when I am right there and you can address it to me. She was very comfortable in showing how easily she did not have a problem disrespecting me and the entire party. And I would actually love to speak to management but it was getting late and we were all hungry and tired. Chances are if she’s treating us this way, she’s treated a hundred other customers the same. In fact, one of our party member confirmed she is usually rude.
By the time our entire party showed up, I kid you not, when we got seated, the restaurant was nearly empty. Just how petty can the host be? My burger patty came out dried as carboard and my fried pickles were so unbelievably salty they weren’t even edible so my wonderful waitress took them back.
Then the bathroom wall (handicap stall) literally had feces stains all on the side. Honestly the worst part other than the food and dirty bathroom was the host. I would have given everything else a second chance but having been a service worker in my younger days, I don’t give second chances to places where management do not care about the quality of service their...

I had an experience there last night that has made me think I will never go to the Gainesville location again. Me and my 3 year old daughter arrived around 7:45 last night and were told it would be about a 25 min wait which ended up being much longer as we didn’t get sat until just before 8:30, another 15 mins passed by and we finally had a server come by to take our order. It took another 10 minutes to bring us our sweat teas that had maybe 6 mostly melted ice cubes in them and so they were warm sweat teas but my waitress was never anywhere to be found to even bring that up finally get get our food at close to 9:20 PM at which time we are beyond hungry and begin digging in, my steak was honestly pretty good which is why I gave 2 stars for the food but my daughters cheese burgers were cold and the thing that really ruined the experience was in my corn I put a scoop in my mouth that had a weird texture and I spit it out, it turned out to be some piece of trash!! It looked like part of a grocery or garbage bag and it certainly wasn’t edible and almost certainly not sanitary!! My waitress again was no where to be found so I flagged down a young blonde girl who I wish I had gotten her name because she was the only person who showed real concern about garbage in my food! She informed the kitchen and after another 15 mins of waiting my waitress came to inform me that they had given me a $5 discount! Thank god I was the one to eat the garbage and not my baby girl who would have almost certainly choked on garbage in her food but I have to wonder did she eat something that’s going to make her sick because they have careless kitchen staff?
If you’re looking to spend 2 hours and $50 to eat food with garbage in it and get ignored about it I highly recommend going to roadhouse in Gainesville but if you actually want a decent experience then I’d suggest...
