Jimmy John's — Attraction in Gainesville

So youre going to have to sit down for this one. Jimmy Johns is the best thing that ever happened to me. Im a pretty loyal customer. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, second dinner, sometimes third dinner. There is never a bad time to have jimmys. If I had myspace still Jimmy Johns would be my number one. Like that kind of seriousness. Sometimes I think about being disloyal and ordering like Chinese food or like literally anything besides sandwhiches but then like you have to wait like an hour. Im one of those people where when staring at the menu my mouths already watering and then like I just have to sit there anxiously twiddling my thumbs waiting for my food. that's basically abuse, why? why it take so long? I feel like other delivery like take the time to personally get to know my food and like prep it for whats about to happen. I just ordered jimmy and it was here before even finishing this review like that's impressive. well now im going to go enjoy the next few minutes with my pal tom. Ordered online and drove to the store to pickup my order. It ended up taking almost half an hour after I ordered before my sandwich was ready, but while I waited outside I noticed at least 4 people walk in, order at the counter, and receive their sandwiches while I was still waiting.

I walked inside to confront the cashier at that point, and ask if my order had gotten lost or if I needed to wait at the counter to have my order "prioritized" the same way I just witnessed. He shrugged his shoulders, offered me a free drink, and then bumped my ticket from whatever dark hole it had been in to the top of their queue. My sandwich was finished about 90 seconds later.

It seems like this location does not make the orders in the same order in which they came in. So you have to be sure to walk inside and make your presence known in order...

Haven’t been here in forever, figured i’d give it a shot. They messed up my sandwich which i asked about right before they were wrapping it up because i saw the lettuce on there and she still said to me “there is no lettuce.” Opened it, obviously there was, not sure how she forgot in those 5 seconds… they had to remake my sandwich, I check my new one after getting back to work and the turkey is discolored and gross to look at. There is gunked up slime from the tomatoes. Tomatoes shouldn’t be slimy. The woman making the sandwiches pulled her phone out of her back pocket, texted someone & called someone, then put her phone back in her pocket and continued using the same gloves to make my sandwich. I could’ve asked for a refund right then and there, but I wasn’t about to ruin my day and argue with...
