OfficeMax — Attraction in Gainesville

I have been using office Depot from past 4 years but recently this place is not customer friendly like before. I went to do shipping through FedEx on Friday and I went there near 6:30. The office Depot employee is standing near the door and he told me the office Depot will close now and come tomorrow morning. I went next day and the another employee told she don't remember password to do FedEx and told me to go to UPS store near Ross. Today same employee was there when I went. I was waiting to take printout. One of the machine was already out and other was working. Before us two ladies are trying to figure out how to take printout. My husband asked the same employee to help them out. He told it's not 11 am yet. His shift is not started. I waited and helped them to take printout. After I took printout I went to ship using USPS he told me USPS is down and told me to go to USPS store. Then we asked can we ship using FEDEX he told it will be around $20 without checking how much it will cost. They are definitely not friendly. But I have been to office Depot before even today one employee helped us to fix printer.He was very friendly but other two are not helping at all. I ordered business cards to be printed and this has been the worst experience. I ordered them and it was estimated that it would be done the following week on Monday. Monday rolls around and it's been pushed back to the next day, and this kept happening til Friday. At this point there is not even a processing charge on my bank account because they have taken so long to print it. I finally get the confirmation text and email Friday night when it originally said it would be ready by 10 am Friday. I go into the store to pick it up the next day and it hasn't been delivered. Apparently the printing company hit the order ready button with it not being delivered. The associate I talked to said it would maybe be there Monday but they aren't sure and that I need to wait for them to call me instead of listening to the official office depot printing services email. I placed this order and the estimated finish date was a week before I needed them, it is now almost 4 days past when I actually needed the cards, on top of the week of wiggle room i intentionally left by ordering early. I went there looking for an office chair for my desk. I found one. Took the information. As I did not want to pay that price, I waited a week and ended up finding out It was less than half price on sale online. I tried ordering it online. To be delivered. But that just did not work out. Somehow I was not able to do that. So I called the store. Spoke with a young man named landon. He was super helpful. He provided excellent customer service.
