Botanicanna Galena - VAPE, CBD, & THC — Attraction in Galena

About a month ago we stayed in Galena for a weekend getaway. While visiting their Main Street full of shops, we can upon Botanicanna. We popped in for a quick look around and saw that they offered CBD oil for pets. We have a 17 year old mixed terrier with arthritis and uses CBD oil daily at night. We were running low on the one we had and figured we would Give them a shot. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased the petcbd drops. After a month of use I don’t see that was beneficial for our dog. He wasn’t sleeping comfortable at night like he was with the other brand we had. Its a clear oil with added avocado and coconut oil and there is no scent or Taste of hemp. When I called the next to day I was told this was purest form and the oil wouldn’t have any hemp color or taste. I thought it was odd but the lady seemed very confident. Needless to say it was cheaper than what other competitors offer but I can’t agree with the quality of the oil since it didn’t help our aging dog. We also purchased their vegan CBD gummies and was told it would help with sleeping. The free sample they offer in store is not the same quality they sold to us. A half sample made me feel sleepy Within a couple hours. The gummy yummys brand does not make me sleepy at all. I even increased the dose hoping it would do the trick. Unfortunately our experience with their products fell short and feel like we wasted our money since this visit was $90. It was a very clean environment when you first walked in but it being a tourist town they should have more staff available for those that will ask them a hundred and one questions. I myself are one of those people hahaha. The staff was very knowledgeable and very approachable which is something that is great to experience for your first time. There is room for improvement but since they just open their becoming very popular and it being summer time with all the tourists in town more staff would be a good idea. Alot of people like to buy and go fast , others like myself will ask the endless questions. Maybe they could have a fast check out counter for the fast customers and then have another check out section where there's a couple staff that can answer the questions for those that take longer time. Also the prices are a little on the high side. I buy my CBD online and pay less then what's in the store but overall not too bad. Maybe for there dedicated customers that come back on a regular basis have some kind of loyalty program or discount card for...

Great place, knowledgeable staff. Helped me find a good vaporizer, within my budget. Helped my Mom find CBD supplements for her very old, arthritic dog. Haven't heard yet whether that helped him, but delta-8 products do wonders for me and the device I bought is much more modern and easy to use than the way I was dabbing CBD and delta-8 before. Much more effective and much more actually gets in my body rather than just dissipating into the air.

I'll definitely buy from here again, but more importantly I'd recommend them for their knowledge. I was a biochemistry major for 2 years before switching to something else, so I know plenty about the chemical nature of the different substances in hemp. I can confirm that the information on the posters and the things the staff said are all accurate. But I'm not as familiar with how to properly consume a lot of these products effectively and I don't think I could have gotten better advice anywhere else.
