Read moreMyself and three other young girlies got off our cruise and were ready to drive 5 hours back home when we found out that our car battery was dead…. in the pouring rain. Steven Franklin with the shuttle parking team graciously helped us attempt to jump the battery, but we realized the battery was totally dead. We were able to run by O’Reilly’s, grab a battery, and Steven swapped our batteries for us while still performing his actual job duties assisting other cruisers. I just didn’t like how they kept locking us out of our sea pass card for having outstanding balances. This made us have to stop what we were doing and go all the way to guest services and wait in line to be helped just to give them my card to pay for the charges.
