Muscleworks Gym — Attraction in Gardner

I've been going to this gym for over a year now and have had only the best experience. It has an assortment of cardio equipment (treadmills, steppers, bikes) that seems to get barely used. Has plenty of weightlifting equipment including barbells, racks and benches. It really shines for the weightlifting types. My only gripe is that I wish it had more squatting racks.

It's not the cleanest place but it's always tidy and kept orderly. Also, the bathrooms and showers are down the hall. I haven't used the showers before but it seems to be the standard gym showers. They have lockers in the changing rooms and also open lockers out front that you can leave a bag in.They have boxing classes too, which sadly aren't including in...

This gym has an amazing training atmosphere with the best equipment available. Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Cybex etc. A huge line up of rubber handle dumbbells, lots of benches and multiple machines for every body part.. you can have excellent workouts and accomplish fitness goals in this gym. The owners, staff and members are super friendly and make it a very comfortable place to workout.
