Pops sweet harts ice cream truck LLC — Restaurant in Gardner

Since I didn't actually write something and the owner decided to take it upon herself and blast the one star review all over Facebook with my picture (petty if you ask me) I'll write something. I had 1 experience with her and the attitude was less than desirable. Her prices are overpriced for what you get if you want half melted then refrozen ice cream. The cost of running a business is that sometimes, you aren't going to get all 5 star reviews. I recommend starting with your attitude. Instead of reaching out to me directly to ask the reason for the review she posted it online and blocked me from the business page....

If I could leave less then one star I would. It had nothing to do with the ice cream but had everything to do with how unpleasant and condescending the girl working was. Id be very concerned if I were the owner and had an employee treating customers the way she does (myself and the women in front of me). Being spoken to like garbage for no reason other then asking for a cup on the side of your ice cream so your baby doesn’t dump the whole thing over within 2 minutes puts a real damper on the evening. This truck has literally everything, and at surprisingly fair prices. 🍦🍨Classic novelties, scoops on a cone, ice cream for dogs, root beer floats, homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches, ice cream with alcohol... It keeps going. Glad I went outside to investigate this one!
