DONT COME TO THIS TACO BELL , IM WARNING YOU Last time I ever come here!!!!!

Tesla drivers beware cause you will be made fun off, mocked and even offended if you confront them for making a mistake on your order, Literally went here to get a late night snack, naturally your not hungry at nights , i went there Order the “3 cheese chicken flatbread” That was on the $3 or less section, got to pay and the dude told me $7 something i told them it had to be a mistake because i ordered 1 thing not 3. The dude with hesitation did as i said but his co worker or manager, i really don’t know who, Said “ And he drives a tesla” clearly mocking me for being cheap, while it was never that, it was more like why pay for something im not gonna eat and i didn’t ask for. Unprofessional and most rudest experience ever!!!!! Just because yall made a mistake doesn’t mean yall have to offend the customer, they act like the money is coming out of there pay check. Luckily my parents raised me to respect others, So why engage the individual. Just that WHERE IS THE MANAGER to correct his employee, I know for a fact if i was the manager and i heard someone say that to a customer, there would definitely be a chat right...

To the Taco Bell General Manager,

This message is to formally address the unacceptable experience I had at your 3178 Lavon Dr, Garland, TX 75040 location.

I placed an order for a Veggie Mexican Pizza, Cheese Fiesta Potatoes, and a Cheese Roll-Up. Instead, I was served a Mexican Pizza with beef — a careless and unacceptable mistake that completely disregarded my order and dietary preferences. When I requested a correction, I received two poorly made Veggie Pizzas that were messy, unappealing, and clearly thrown together without care.

This level of negligence shows a serious lack of attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for customers. Your staff appears either poorly trained or uninterested in providing the quality and accuracy that should be standard.

I will not return to this location and strongly advise others to avoid it until real improvements are made. I expect this complaint to be escalated and taken seriously by upper management.

Okay see each time I went there, I had a problem. The first time a lady who i am glad doesn't work there anymore tried to shortchange me. When i asked for it she left then someone else gave it to me.

The 2nd and last time I went there. I ordered my food, and after 15 mins i still didn't get my food. I even saw people showing up and getting their food before me. So when I asked them about it, I found out that they hadn't even started making it. My food! I had to get my mom on them! They were distracted by another customer who asked them if they think its gay for a male to like another males pic on Instagram. That is so stupid. 5-6 dropped workers their duties and had a discussion about it! Dumb youngsters! To busy caring about social media even to do there job!
