Came here as a truck driver from across the country- I had been to several different locations in several different states along the way and none could assist me. Within 5 minutes of speaking with the gentlemen behind the counter here he had my phone back and under repair- and I am not even a Verizon customer! This facility understood my need to get the issue resolved quickly and moved with a sense of urgency. My entire repair from start to finish took less than 45 minutes and I have never been so satisfied with a repair before in my life.
