First off I check in for my father in law for a pickup and get the alert that the food is ready and will be right out. After 30 minutes I call my father in law to see how close he is, I assumed he was in the neighborhood. He still hasn’t gotten the food! I check the order and it’s closed and appears it was “delivered”. I call them and they say they don’t see his truck. I then conference him in and they question if he’s at the right Chick-fil-A and my father in law verifies the road and where he is parked on what side and then they finally see him. I then verify with the Chick-fil-A employee that the food will be made fresh and he assured me it will be. Fast forward now that the food is home the fries were half full, we got three total and dumped one into the other two and it almost filled them up and the food doesn’t seem it was fresh when it left Chick-fil-A. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A and there was not an I’m sorry or what can we do to fix this. Not the Chick-fil-A I’m use to and will go back to the other Chick-fil-As in the area. Oh and on the ticket on our bag is my cell phone number, they never called me to ask where I was...

Came here for lunch and ordered $70 worth of food for my family. Ordered on the app and maxed out the sauces and my receipt said 13 Polynesian sauces and 6 Chick-fil-A sauces. When we got to the window and was handed my drink, it was wrong so my husband politely mentioned it and they remade it, and handed it to my husband with coffee and ice cream dripping off the side of it. Then we were handed our food with 5 sauces. When we asked for more (mind you, we ordered 65 nuggets) we were given some by the little girl at the window but she made a snarky remark about how they don’t usually give out this many extra because they run out quicker that way. Um, excuse me? We ordered them and you didn’t give them to us. They’re not extra. What happened to “My pleasure!”?? You messed my drink up, sloppily remade it, shorted me sauces that I ordered and you have the nerve to make a snarky comment like that?!? Terrible customer service today.

I’m normally not as bothered as my wife, but today I got my normal order of deluxe sandwich with extra pickles and no tomato. They decided to put no pickles and tomato on it.😑 And I realize it’s not that big of a deal, but it’s every time. Not once has my order been exactly as I placed it. UPDATE: They did reach out to me and offered to take care of my next meal, and I really appreciate that. So I have updated my star rating to 4. And I’ll make sure to update if I still have issues in the future. UPDATE: they got me again mixing orders up. Also this location seems to have stopped offering curbside pickup in the app. Dropping down to 3 stars.

First off, I noticed that there didn't seem to be any REAL management. All of the girls behind the counter seemed to be in high school. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked up to the counter to order our food the girl didn't say a word. Actually, the entire time we were at the cash register, she didn't say one single word. My boyfriend and I ordered our food and she didn't ask what we would like to drink with our meals..etc. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. I shrugged it off and we just sat down to eat. Not only did we have to sit there (across the dining room) to listen to their loud talking, but there were at least 3 flies swarming our table. I noticed why there were flies everywhere.. The dining area (closest to the playground area, where we sat) was covered in crumbs. Every single table had crumbs all over it, so did every single seat, and the floors were covered as well. We had to brush off our table and seats just to eat since there were NO clean tables/seats. 1 of the 6 or so girls behind the counter could have absolutely cleaned the dining area. Not only that, but there was only one other couple in Chik-fil-a, so there is no excuse for it not to be clean, since it was so slow. I work in the food industry and I keep the dining room area PERFECTLY tidy the entire shift I am at work. Otherwise, I will get written up or terminated for not doing my job. It's sad to me that you pay these people to work, and yet they're behind the counter carrying on and gossiping and getting payed to do absolutely nothing. I quietly told the very unfriendly girl behind the counter that the dining area was very dirty and she didn't seem to care at all. I love Chik-fil-a, but this is the only bad one I have ever visited. I won't ever come to this Chik-fil-a again because of how unsanitary it was and especially because of...

The big black male manager is rude(i'm black also), they redid the parking lot spaces(about a week ago) YET AGAIN and changed where you can park. He asked if it was my car parked in what is now a no parking spot and I said yes and he LOUDLY chastised me about how the signs clearly say no parking now(didnt a week ago) and had all the employees and customers looking(if I come every week for months/years i'm not going to read the same sign every time, the same as customers won't look at the sign on your door of your business hours every time unless they are forced to if they change). You dont attempt to embarrass the customer like that he should have enough COMMON SENSE to have a private convo the whole restaurant and employees looked because of his loud tone. This is how you handle it "Sir we redid the parking spaces AGAIN last week and where you parked is no longer a parking space just keep in mind for next time you come" and you don't say it loudly so everyone in the restaurant looks don't make a scene!

SECONDLY, there was ANOTHER incident a few weeks ago that I witnessed of him having a one on one manager/subordinate meeting in the customer eating area with a young white girl who was CRYING. Why in the hell would you do that in the customer eating area where customers are looking??? This manager has no common sense and should not be a manager based upon these two incidents, i’m sure there is a private office or room in the back of the restaurant to give corrective criticism to employees ESPECIALLY if they are emotional and crying! Food was enjoyable, I didn’t not receive my sauces or a straw from my drink. The person who brought me my food was nice and approachable, which made me confident that they didn't forget anything in my bag.

As they handed me the bag, I couldn't help but notice their warm smile and friendly demeanor. It was a refreshing change from the usual rushed and indifferent delivery experiences.

I eagerly thanked them and quickly checked the contents of the bag. To my delight, everything I had ordered was neatly packed and accounted for. The aroma of the freshly prepared meals wafted through the bag, making my stomach growl in anticipation. Clearly, the person who brought my food took great care and attention to detail, ensuring that nothing was amiss.

Their friendly nature and attention to customer satisfaction put me at ease. I felt comfortable asking them a few questions about the food and they happily obliged, providing helpful suggestions and recommendations. Their genuine enthusiasm for the cuisine made me even more excited to dig in.

As I savored each delicious bite, I couldn't help but appreciate the person who had brought me this delightful meal. Their kindness and approachability had made this entire experience more enjoyable. It was evident that they truly cared about their job and the satisfaction of their customers.
