Selections great, value is great. All employees are incredible except for the one in charge of this location, Chewy or Chili I'm not sure his name. But I think it's Chili or Chewy. I no longer come here because of him.

I'd give him 0 stars if I could. Idk if it's because he doesn't like ME specifically, or what. But he's just not very nice whatsoever. (Now keep in mind, my ex husband and I have probably spent thousands and thousands here as we vape and partake in other product they sell, and come in frequently). One time, I came in and before I paid for my products, I said hey just want to make sure yall have Apple Pay, I don't wanna touch anything I don't feel super well. Chewy says "well next time you come in here and you don't feel good wear a mask". (Btw, mask/no mask isn't the issue, it's the way I'm being spoken to, the rudeness behind the comment) lol just one example. Just not friendly, not engaging at all. I've seen him chop it up with other customers which makes me think he just doesn't like me lol. One time Chewy and I did get into an argument over something I purchased. It was a while ago. I don't remember the details. Oh well. Maybe I should've wrote this review then lol.

And in all, Liam and rest of staff is great. So helpful knowledgeable and kind. Chewy (Chili?) on the other hand, really shouldn't have a customer-facing role in the company. Doesn't seem to have the personality/awareness for customer service. For me, I really care about customer service so I don't come here as often, I take my business somewhere else. I go to create-a-cig for vape stuff across the street, and for other products I visit Cozy Cannabis...

This is one of the best smoke shops I've ever been to. I've lived in Georgetown a long time and have traveled beyond. This little shop in Georgetown Texas has been top tier in customer service, knowledge of products, and fair prices. The staff is incredible. They are so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. In my experience, the owner of this establishment gets all the digital high fives for hiring the right people. They always take such good care of me. They're able to confidently answer questions. I respect the honesty and help with apparatus choosing. They share the upsides and the downsides, based on what one is looking for, of every product, feature comparisons, tips on apparatus maintenance and i get an honest answer when i ask THEIR opinion on something, which is important. This place is awesome! I dreaded the idea of having to find a new vape shop since I loved my previous place, but Drip n Rip may be even better. They have a great selection of mods and juices, a clean store, and a chill environment. Justice, Chili, and Shawn are super down to earth guys who keep the shop filled with smiles and laughter without it affecting their professionalism. The Aegis I recently bought was hitting super rough (kinda insta-burning out coils) and Justice tinkered with it past closing until it was comfortable enough to take a drag and not get a lung full of hot, burny, cotton.
