I went in to get a pizza the white older lady with white hair told me about 10 minutes for my one pepperoni pizza waited about asked about it didn't get a response shut down waiting another 10 minutes finally got my pizza and it's completely not cut all the way it's overcooked kind of black on the bottom I asked for a new one kind of Got a rude response and she's like we're busy I'm like there's nobody here there's nothing on the screen that I seen and she's like well get out of the store and I'm like you gave me a burnt pizza and it's not even cut properly I just want one a remade not to try to get anybody in trouble but the customer in front of me she was rude to that family I don't know what happened to this Papa John's but whatever sense Neil he was the boss man there two to three years ago I love going there but once he left the pizza went downhill there was a few times where I try to go get a pizza in the afternoon and they were completely closed nobody was there. In between all the reviews recently Papa John's this store on Austin avenue in Georgetown Texas. And for the burnt pizza I had I just left in the parking lot for the animals wasted some money and I end up going to Pizza Hut Pizza Hut was fast quick and got me my pizza.. I do not recommend people going to the Austin avenue unless you want to wait long periods of time and hopefully not going to burn or overcooked Pizza and even if you order online it will say it's done and then when you show up you're waiting about another 30 minutes. Again the lady that was rude to me she was an older older lady short with old white hair I do not know her name but I think she's the main boss. I understand people have bad days but she was just mean to me and then the person in front of me ordering just rude.. only reason why I'm writing this long paragraph is because I wasted 25 bucks of my hard-earned money to get a burnt halfway cut Pizza and then when I asked if I can get a new one she tells me no and then I want to refund then she tells me to leave the store.. so I just left the pizza outside for the animals and I would hope Papa John's will make it up to me or see my review and as I can tell on other reviews on here recently this location...
Read moreHorrible experience. I ordered online and it said the pizza will be ready in 15-45 min. Two min later i received a text saying my pizza is ready for pick up. I kinda think,hmm that was quick. Pick up the pizza and didnt pay attention. Saw my son picking on the pizza and i take a look. The pizza was so dry, and burnt. I called them to let them know. "Dee" answered the phone. I told him the pizza was bad and burnt and dry.he started laughing. I asked him whats funny? He said he was coughing. I said, no youre not coughing. He said, no im coughing and started gigling. I told him i would like to speak to he manager. Andrew the manager answered the phone. I told him, first your staff is rude. I was complaining- he interrupted me and said" i cant stop my employees to laugh if they want to laugh. I let it go and said, the pizza was bad, burnt and dry. He said, bring the pizza back-balh blah... I said im not gonna drive 30 min to return a pizza. Im not wanting another pizza and im not asking for a refund.. im calling to let u know the pizza was bad. He said, ohh well is there anything i can help you? He was very very rude. I said youre very rude. He said i have a lot of things to do, what else i can help u with? Ihe sont want to give me corporate number and wants me to google it and hanged up. I believed the staff was laughing because they knew they will received a call from me for the bad pizza. They knew they gave me an old, cold, burnt, dry pizza. If i can give a zero star i would. I have been a Papa Johns customer for more than 10 yrs,since in Ohio. Never had experience like this. Always get a good pizza and good customer service. But this experience make me change my mind about them. Never buying from this...
Read moreI see a lot of bad reviews about this location and I’m not gonna lie initially as I pulled into the parking lot I see an employee smoking a cigarette and then put it out and go in before me so already I’m thinking here we go.. I just ruined their smoke break type of service. However, the man that helped me out (Phillip) greeted me at the door with a fantastic attitude and did a FANTASTIC job. You could tell he had hadn’t worked the register much and I was asking him various questions while at the same time making the order and despite taking some time to find the items on the screen he was very knowledgeable. When the transaction was completed he told me my wait time and then went and made both of my items… by this time the cigarette smoking employee walked back into the kitchen and I heard Phillip say “I made the new Doritos Papadias for a customer, I made both of them by my self.” I believe that Phillip is very special employee and considering that was his first time making those Papadias he really did a great job and I’m legit proud of this man in there working hard to do things he’s never done before and trying his best to give awesome customer service at the same time.
