Iâm not sure if they even want black customers. I have been to this location twice. Both experiences were horrible! The first time I went and purchased food here , I was eating and they guy came to see if I was still there ,as if I didnât belong there or something. After he seen that I was he turned back around and went in the building. When I ordered my food, the guy taking orders âactedâ as if he couldnât understand what I was saying. My second trip here , I ordered and as soon as I was about to eat , it was a little black bug in my food. They brought out management she replaced my food and she said that she was giving me two coupons for half priced meals for the inconvenience. I look at the coupons as I was leaving and it was 2 coupons for .99 cent drinks đ¤ˇââď¸ . Not to mention both times I went , I donât think Iâve seen any black customers there or black employees. I donât know if they treat blacks like this to scare them away, so that they can keep a lot of âwhite customers â to make them feel comfortable and keep coming back to spend money or what.    Read moreI just wanted to say, I visit this location a lot and just went on sept 27 between 3-3:30pm. I was met by the most friendly worker! Ms. Oblivious was doing an errand when hunger hit. I know itâs an unusual time so thought nothing of me being the only car in the stalls. I pulled into the mobile order bay as I was going to jump on the app and peruse my options when this man politely approached asking if I had been helped. I thought strange since I was in the mobile app bay, but just let him know I was about to order on the app. He explained the systems crashed and I asked if I should move to a bay with a screen. He said those arenât working either but if I have cash, he can help me as their card machines are also down. His service was exceptional, especially these days when normally people are grouchy. In fact, most times I visit, I get the same car hop who doesnât smile, doesnât say hello, doesnât review my order, just shoves me my food and walks off before I can say thank you.    Read moreIâm a regular here, 9 times out of 10 I have a great experience, a few members of the staff here even make sure to run a treat out for my dog which is above and beyond customer service in my opinion. I always place my order on the app so I know everything is correct! Today, the app wasnât working and whoever took my order placed it as medium drinks instead of large. When the runner brought our order out, instead of correcting the staffâs mistakes and bringing us the size weâd ordered for no extra charge, she charged us for the difference (even after weâd already tipped) and didnât offer a receipt. As someone who also works in food service, the interaction just rubbed me the wrong way and felt like a weird company policy. At the coffee shop I work at, if we take an order and charge a customer for the wrong size, weâd remake the drink as the correct size for no charge.
