February 2025 update It happened again today, I had sent over four print jobs with requests that they be left at the print copy station so that I could just pop in grab my stuff and pop out. I got a text telling me that my order is ready. I leave the car running and go inside, my stuff is not at the the quick pickup station. Of course, there's a line of four or five people that I'm supposed to wait in now. This is not a quick in and out line. This is people wanting layout and design help and yada yada yada... To make matters worse, there's a little dude that works there who has a beard that doesn't go well with his choice of mascara, who is so so sassy and just unpleasant in general. The way he's talking to fellow coworkers and the people standing in line is just totally ridiculous. I will never never never come back. Check out their reply, they want me to go. Write them an email with additional information about where the store is and so forth. I tagged this on the Google map, they know where the location is from that. They also know what the issue is because I wrote it. And now they want to dodge responsibility by having me do all the same stuff again and send it via email. Office Depot, y'all have lost your minds.

Liberia in print & client services was wasteful in time, printed brouchures on purpose not correctly, made us stay there for 2 hours, spoke to me like I was trash, demanding me to stand up to hurry to let her know what I needed. Starting pushing me aside to speak with other customers but was rude to them as well! I spent $800 with Office Depot and this was also my 3rd time in this store with issues.
Jerry the supervisor doesn’t do his job and is also rude to the customers..
He wouldn’t honor a refund without bringing back bad brouchures, when we called the day before to get this resolved and was told by Don to come in without them to get a refund or more printed…
Pamela was also rude the first time in this location. The only one doing there job is Tristan T who is being taken advantage of as an employee doing their jobs and taking mostly all the hours. This place is out of order. If Georgetown Texas is upcoming this place is making the city look BAD!
As a humanitarian, best selling author, singer, songwriter, business owner of two companies I’ll say OFFICE DEPOT time for an in house clean up!
My services were also purposely messed up. Brouchures 2nd batch was printed incorrectly but she printed 1 right and expected me to give her that test one and then also then printed the whole batch bad, gave them to me on a bag instead of a box.

Yesterday was no exception as team member NANCY was so personable, such a great communicator, so knowledgeable about the store’s inventory and services. As an example NANCY brought up Office Depot’s business membership, provided an overview and its nominal fee, and was so engaging about it that I joined! I also interacted with store team member ANGIE! ANGIE, like NANCY, was articulate, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and also “got it” about making the customer’s experience positive and enjoyable.
