I finally tried the much-hyped Ube Honeycomb from Nivi Artisan Ice Creams, and I am absolutely hooked! This wasn't my idea, though—this amazing find was suggested by my husband, Mr. Vinod Maradani, and he was completely right. A Visual Masterpiece: The first thing that grabs you is the color. This ice cream boasts a magnificent, vibrant lavender-purple hue, a natural color from the ube (purple yam) that makes every scoop look like a piece of art. It's incredibly appealing and definitely signals that this is a unique, high-quality treat. The Flavor and Texture: The flavor is even better than its looks. The base is an authentic ube, providing a rich, creamy, and slightly nutty taste that is perfectly balanced—it’s sweet without being overwhelming. The true genius lies in the chunks of honeycomb candy mixed throughout. These brittle, golden-brown pieces provide a fantastic contrast, adding a delightful caramelized crunch to the velvety smoothness of the ice cream. Nivi uses natural, preservative-free ingredients, and you can truly taste the difference. If you're looking for a dessert that delivers on both visual appeal and complex, satisfying flavor, the Ube Honeycomb...

The cashier was friendly, the scoop sizes were generous, and I will say that the cone tastes excellent and like it was freshly made. I wasn't a fan of the seating. All of the couches are dirty and stained so it felt gross sitting on them. The tables are low so my daughter had to sit on the floor to actually use it with her cup. Other then that it's a cute shop and the ice cream...

We also tried strawberry shortcake and birthday cake, both of which my girls loved. Homemade ice cream is my favorite dessert so I’m very picky…..I...
