Gunner's Lake Local Park — Attraction in Germantown

Beautiful in so many ways. The memories it holds to myself but many with families celebrating on those picnic tables. The seasons it goes through are breath taken. It’s very relaxing where you could take a book and read on a bench. There are times it does get busy but it shouldn’t discourage you to visit as parking is free on the side of the road. There are local parks around the lake as a good one is warning station play ground, that connects to the lake by the side trail next to the soccer field and others around the lake that you will see when going around it. The nature around is what makes this place so unique cause you don’t know what you will see. From beautiful birds to turtles, bees, and much more. There are side trails that lead u to the woods. As like any other place, keep an eye out always to your surroundings....
