Soooo our first visit to Altitude Trampoline was for my niece's 11th birthday and wow!! What a place! Trampolines everywhere set floor level so there's no climbing or having to worry about kids falling off the side- the whole floor area is covered in either padded vinyl or the cool recycled rubber tires like at most parks these days (it's not cheap either) and there are giant foam square pits the kids (or adults) can jump into or fall into! My sister and brother-in-law purchased a birthday package for ten kids that included pizza and drinks for everyone, plates and napkins, cups and cutlery. A cake was brought in and with the party host was served up for the group. Our host seemed to be a bit overwhelmed as he would appear and disappear without much notice-however, each group has a time frame for their party and when it was time for pizza or cake they announced it over the intercom system so that helped. The kids had a blast and my niece was really happy with the turnout. I will add the following as an advisement I'll call it- when you arrive you immediately need to go to a kiosk to fill out the waiver for each child, after you complete that then you head over to the registers to get checked in and each jumper gets a color coded wristband- It was a little bit unorganized and chaotic but once we got through that it was pretty painless. It's kind of noisy with music and kids running amok so don't show up with a nice book to read.. overall it was a really cool place that's reasonably priced and a great alternative for things to do in the summer out here!!
Check it out- I think you'll have a really fun...
Read moreThis was my first experience at an Altitude Trampoline Park establishment & will definitely be the last. I booked a birthday party here. I have my receipt showing my total balance due was only $236.03. However when I checked my bank statement I can see the charge is for a total of $286.60. This is unprofessional and very much fraud. Based on the information on my receipt , it’s clear the host added their own tip in the amount of $51.57. I never once signed anything , nor selected any box to leave gratuity. The receipt clearly shows my balance due is only $236.03. And every other gratuity box is BLANK AND UNCHECKED. You can review the camera footage as well, it clearly shows I give my card to the host to check us out and he brings me back my card with No receipt. It’s not until I ask for a copy of what I paid for, that he brings me the same original receipt that showed my balance due. I never once signed anything. The receipt shows I was served by Leelee B. The date of my event was 11/24/2024 time stamp on receipt shows 6:14pm. This needs to be corrected immediately. I have already filed a report with the federal trade commission. My next course of action will be filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not addressed and rectified immediately. I need a manager to contact me as soon as possible otherwise I will be filing a dispute a with my bank for this...
Read moreVery clean, ok staff; they tried hard but not very polite. Very good lay-out. Even a nice sitting area for parents.
The only thing that I would like to mention is that the pricing seemed high to me. $40 dollars for one hour of jumping for two kids (incl. socks) seems over-priced.
Also, the clerk did not really consider the time we were checked in and we basically got 45 minutes of jumping. My kids follow rules and even though we told our kids that it's okay to keep jumping when they're colored bracelet has expired, they feel like it's wrong to do so and the fun level goes from 10 to 0 really quick.
Then they also turned the lights out at 530pm (until closing time supposedly) and started some dim, colored spinning lights because the "kids like it". I was sitting right by the front desk and I did not see any kids requesting for the lights to be turned off and even if they did, it is unsafe. I know my kids don't like jumping around trampolines and playing dodgeball in the dark. Let's see what the city thinks.
They did turn a section of the lights that I asked for, but it just seemed like a cheap way to save a few dollars on their power bill IMO. I could be wrong about the intention, but not about it being an unsafe...
