Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gilbert

Ordered a classic cheese and the 2 L soda with the crazy bread I also ordered an additional crazy bread and a large extra most bestest pepperoni. No receipt offered. Waited for about 10+ minutes. Ordered another 2 L soda no receipt was offered the second time either. we were the only ones there waiting and then people started to arrive a total of 4 people ordered after us the person that ordered after me got their Pizza first even though mine was supposed to be put into the oven first and I believe they were given our order. when I was finally given my order the second breadstick order was not given to me, when I ask for it the girl said she only charged me for one. I then pointed out that it was two that is why my total was what it was. She looked at the sticker and saw that I had paid for two. Then she gave me the second order of the breadsticks quite apprehensively even though she just verified I paid for it. I should have known better and checked my pizza there but ended up just being tired of waiting and headed home. Upon getting home I took the pizzas and we were actually given two regular classic pepperoni pizzas not the cheese and not the extra most bestest pepperoni. I called you immediately upon opening the boxes and spoke with someone in the back who stated no problem, they would be remade. I was told not to bring the wrong ones back. When I got there we got the same cashier not the person that had answered the phone and she seemed annoyed and unaware why I was coming back even though the person on the phone stated they were popping it in and they would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes when I got the pizzas the cashier didn't even bother to give them to me another person from the back came up. He looked annoyed and just gestured "here". Given the inconvenience I had just had gone through I checked the pizza. Seem like a super thin crust pizza and then I got a regular pepperoni NOT the extra most bestest pepperoni it also had pieces of something green on it and not to mention drenched in sauce. Got home and when I was trying to serve it found it was not cut all the way so it made a mess upon trying to pull a piece out. Overall I guess 15/hr doesn't get good employees anywhere. 😕 people at this establishment seem to not have pride in ther customer service or the product they push out the door. Save your money and go elsewhere. Just because it's inexpensive pizza doesn't mean it has to be low...

I went to purchase two pepperoni pizzas and 3 Pepsi’s the 20 oz and after I paid for it they had no more Pepsi so I asked them if they had anymore the guy said no so I said can I get a refund in my 3 soda he said no that’s not how we do things I said they were bought you don’t have what I need please give me a refund he started arguing with me .then I asked for manager he said he’s the manager I said ok this needs to be resolved. At that point in tears then he said I had to return the purchase including my pizzas I said why he argued more so returned the whole thing . Then he told me to never return to this store .I said I won’t you have bad service snd argue make your customer cry on trying to get a refund . I was treated...

Was just there 07/21/17. Ordered. Service was fast and great. My cashier A.J. was cool until I called him when I got home just to tell the pizza pie wasn't cut. I first told him, when I called the first time, I told him who i was, told him I'm not complaining, but wanted to advise of uncut pizza and he said "ooh" and hung up on me. Of course that did not settled with me right. I called a second time. A.J. answers phone again. I told him who i was, again and told him not to hang up on me, he goes to say, you didn't call.
