This shopping center has potential but doesn't have the right businesses to pull in traffic.

They have a gym, bike shop, salon and a couple restaurants that rotate. Often there are vacant store fronts.

The Firestone Auto repair and Chevron gas station get the most traffic, but nothing here draws people in.

A small independent book store or small 3 screen theater might do well. The Sweetz Brew coffee shop is a good start.
