This is one of the best Chinese food places in the East Valley? if not all of Arizona and the menu is insanely large with both American offerings and authentic Chinese offerings. I really feel they have the best chow mein in Arizona. so much flavor and I also did like their lemon chicken and for the dinner price it was less then some comparable spots. I wish they had iced tea out of the big container and that you didn't have to buy it per bottle cuz me and Khris drink a lot of iced tea. We also tried authentic Chinese food. the Chonging chicken which had a mini fried chicken crisp to it and an interesting seasoning and spice that have my mouth tingling is the best way to describe it and wait till you take a sip of iced tea or water lol Check This place out if you get a chance. and as always, let me know what you bought and let me know what you thought. I got takeout a week ago, fast as always. I ordered an hour before closing. I ate a couple of bites of my general tso's Chicken and tasted a lemon flavor. At first I thought it was a splash of lemon sauce from lemon chicken by mistake but immediately my mouth and tongue burned on my left side. Either someone had cleaner on their hands handled my food or some type of chemical got into my food. I threw it away and my husband threw his out just in case. Please please please don't start cleaning without washing your hands. I was poisoned and didn't feel well for a few days. Even my throat burned for awhile after rinsing out my mouth over and over. I loved eating here but I will never go back because of this . I understand cleaning before closing but this could of been much more dangerous for me. I heavily debated on posting this review but I don't want anyone to have this happen. Please have better handling steps for the preparation of your food so this...

They have "American Chinese" dishes and also traditional Chinese dishes.

We had water boiled fish and some Xu Xiang beef dish.

Both dishes were just okay - maybe one step above mall food court Chinese food.

The water boiled fish was too watery - and the beef dish was drowned in sauce - so one couldn't taste the ingredients anymore.

The interior decoration reminds me of a living room. Could use some more Chinese aesthetic.

The staff was friendly.

Prices were decent.

They have no fountain drinks and thereby no refills - you'll get a can, instead.

They give you faucet water and also cook their dishes with faucet water.

The to-go boxes aren't microwave safe. This could also be better.

Places like Chou's kitchen or Chili rush are better. I would recommend to the owner to visit Chou's kitchen and copy what they do more.

I showed up on a Saturday, so no lunch specials. After looking over their extensive menu, I ordered my favorite - Lemon Chicken and a Water. Water was standard tap...mmeeehhh. Lemon Chicken came out and I sat waiting for rice. None came. So I had a plate of little nuggets of lemon chicken covered in sauce. It tasted ok, I've had better . Essentially I paid $13.79 + tip for some cruddy tap water and a plate of average tasting lemon chicken and a fortune cookie with nothing else. No rice, no soup.
