Pho Lotus — Restaurant in Gilbert

I've ordered Pho from here many times. Every time I do, I get some weird flushing of the skin, tingling of the arms and legs, heart palpitations, and pain in my chest and upper stomach. I had called in the past to ask if they use MSG in their Pho broth, the man on the line said no they don't. I stopped ordering from here for many months and started going to a different place down the road (where I got no weird reactions from the pho). Decided to try Pho Lotus again mostly because of the convenience of it's location, ...but this time the broth tasted even saltier than other times and all of the symptoms I experienced in the past were much much worse. A good reminder that MSG is garbage and that if a restaurant says they aren't using it when they actually are, its a red flag. 🚩 I can't think of any other ingredient that would cause these reactions. And what's the point in lying to your customers about an ingredient in your food when it can cause such serious reactions? I nearly went to the ER with these...

Stay FAR away. I knew against my better judgement to eat here. First sign was when I placed an order by phone they said it would be 20 minutes for 2 orders of spring rolls which is very quick to prepare. When we arrived to pick up our food my husband waited minutes trying to get someones attention in the back. I told him we should just leave after 10 minutes because I had a bad feeling anyway but he felt bad and wanted to get my lunch. He tried 2 more times to get someones attention and finally someone came out. Said my card which is perfectly fine declined and had to use cash which during Covid-19 made me wary too. Finally get home and im eating the first roll and as im about half way through I see this bug had gotten rolled up into it 🤢🤢🤢 like I said there were warning signs but we felt bad if they made my order and just drove away during a time it's been hard for small businesses and restaurants. I thought I would try a new place, but I didn't even get to try it! There was no one to greet at the door or desk, and there were several people waiting for pick-up. There was nowhere to stand because everywhere except a few feet around the door is taped off for safety (covid) reasons. The organization is terrible. When I was finally helped, they didn't have my order. When I ordered over the phone, they could have mentioned there was no mango curry. He said they were making me pumpkin curry instead. I said, no thanks, and I left. A few other things, the host kept touching his mask. Also the place is also called Red Lotus Thai online (which is what I was looking for) so I wasn't sure that Pho Lotus Vietnamese was the right place, but they confirmed...
