While The Epicenter offers a stunning living environment with top-notch amenities, my experience as a resident has been overshadowed by persistent noise disturbances from late-night pressure washing activities. Despite my love for the property, the lack of responsiveness from management in addressing these concerns has been disheartening. As a resident who values both the community and respectful communication, I've found it challenging to effectively convey my concerns about the disruptions caused by the pressure washing. Despite my attempts to reach out, I haven't been able to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Epicenter Agritopia is the ultimate community vibe! Living here in the area is a blast. I love hitting cycle class at The Collective before grabbing a coffee and locally baked pastry at Peixoto. It's an interesting concept where the apartments are on the second story and higher, and the other buildings are on the first floor. I came here to try out a barre class. There was a smallish-medium parking lot in front and I recall it could fit around 25 cars; there's more parking in the back. It wasn't too busy on a weeknight.
