If you decide to go, go see Cindy- she is the sweetest gal there and the receptionist is very sweet too. When I checked in I picked out a color and was sat for a pedi. The receptionist went to grab the color but had trouble finding it and forgot to bring it. During the mani you get a 10 minute foot massage which is great. The lady tried massaging my legs but I asked her to do the bottom of my feet because I had worn heels and the bottom of my feet were sore. She didnât seem to understand and kept massaging the top of my feet and my heel around my angle which didnât feel that great. When it was time for polish they had forgot the color and the books she brought me didnât have the color I had picked. She told me there were no more books over there so I had to go up front and find it. The book I was referring to was right next to the other two she had brought me. My friend had showed up and she was supposed to help me pick out a color so we ended up choosing a different color for my toes. The gal seemed frustrated about this. She continued to ask me if I know what I wanted on my nails during my mani. I told her I had narrowed a few down but that my friend was going to help me pick. There was a blue color that I had just taken off my toes that I was looking for on my fingers. She seemed to grow more frustrated as one of the gals up front helped me find that color. Also, the pedi gal took off my toe ring and never gave it back. I didnât realize she had taken it off until I got home. She ended up having someone else do my nails because she was frustrated. Iâm not sure why⌠with the price of a mani and pedis days they should be more patient if someone is trying to find what they want with a friend, especially when I brought them new business. The mani was great and the new gal was nice. She really tried her best on my pink and white pointy almond nails. Unfortunately when I got home one of just hands had no more glossy top coat on my nails. It looks matte on one and glossy on the other. Also there is a lot of residue on my skin including around the edges and my cuticles needed some love. They did not get pushed back so there are gaps between my nail bed and the nail, making it look like my nails have already been on for a week. Some of the nails did not adhere around the edges so itâs starting to peel up. There were also some sharp edges on my nails that look like chips. Upon checkout the gal had told me $70 for my nails but then raised the price to $75. Didnât like that but then she was willing to honor the discount. I had asked when I checked in if they were still doing 15% off first time visitors and the gal said yes to remind them at checkout. Both my friend and I were first time but then she told my friend that I could use hers which was confusing because we were both first time guests. At checkout she tried to give me 10% even though on google maps their name says 15% off in the name of their salon. I had to show her and then she ended up honoring it but it was a whole thing. I just wanted a relaxing Motherâs Day gift with a friend an it turned into...
Read moreI wanted to like this place so bad and it was my first time back at a salon. I usually go to a nail tech and it looks like I will be going back to her. I asked the lady that did my nails to make them even bc they looked crooked and she said thatâs done after.. not once did she push my cuticles back, clean the dead skin, or even measure the fingers next to each other to make sure they were cut even. She just put the tip on and filed them. They just look SO BAD and BULKY. The nails look like a really bad veneer job. The lady that did my toes was great . Really nice lady. I know she noticed how bad the nails came out because she called the manager over to look at them and they couldâve fixed them, but they just looked and laughed about it which in my opinion not really cool. They probably didnât want a bad review or idk what. I shouldâve said something, but I hate causing scenes and me asking the lady to make them more even was a lot for me. Anyways now I have to go somewhere else to get my...
Read moreCame in on a Sunday. Checked in at the desk as you walk in. You type in your number and it shows your time/requested services. I was asked to look at the gel colors, which there are plenty of them (maybe 200 or more colors). I was then escorted to the back pedicure chairs about 17 of them. Ken started my pedicure. I choose the "THE COLLAGEN PEDICURE $43. & Add Gel $15 includes: (40 mins: Massage - 12 mins)
This pedicure comes with nail trimming/shaping, cuticle grooming, buffing, heel scrub, moisturizing massage, & hot towel wrap. Further, nutrition therapy socks & collagen lotion to help repair your skin. We finish off with a polish color of your choice." Once my pedicure was finished, I asked if they had time for a structure gel manicure fill. Which they did.
