Great merchandise and the locals are fantastic contributing artists, they know their craft, there is something for just about any age, gender or genre so it makes it for great gift buying. I would come back but YOUR HOURS STINK!!!! how you can run a business open only 7 barely banking hours is beyond me and unfortunately I cannot shop there unless I travel my sacred weekend hours, like most people have only 48 hours to wrap up the week and get ready for the next. In all seriousness, consider especially during the holidays, keeping your doors open before my bank even closes theirs. I know I'm not alone when I say (because I stood outside your doors with about eight other individuals looking at the sadly darkened store with no posted hours) it would benefit you, since there are people with money to spend walking by your place right now wishing they could burn a hole in their pocket, or impulsively buy that really cool thing they would only buy because they are in your store and the goods looked great and the price is right. I know because that WAS me. I will not make an attempt to drive back from Phoenix because who knows if the hours are right on the web? I usually post only positive things with a fair critique. This one feels a little more like a rant. That's not a good thing. PS after reading the last post...it all...

I hate leaving reviews like this but what I experienced trying to sell my products (co-op) with this place left me feeling unwelcome.

Early 2019, I wanted to join their co-op and contacted the shop by email to join. I waited for a reply for a good 2-3 days. No answer. I call and ask for the owner. I ask her if she got my email and she says she did. Here I am wondering why she didn't just respond to the email. Regardless I say to her I want to join their co-op and pay for a space. She says another woman would call me back to set an appointment so I can introduce my product. I wait for this woman to call me back and she never does.

The next day I call the store and ask for the owner once again. I tell her I never got the call from the woman that was supposed to contact me. She says she will tell her to call me. Once again I wait and guess what? No call. Not even a call from the store, not an email, nothing at all. I gave up attempting to join their co-op because the lack of communication. I felt ghosted. The whole ordeal felt unprofessional and upsetting. It's a real shame because I've visited this store for years, but after that experience I don't think I could come back and even shop...

If you are ordering online, I personally would not recommend shopping here. They have an unreasonable return policy. Please read it before shopping here. I wasn’t aware of how shallow their policy was until it was time for me to return a dress that couldn’t fit and was of poor quality for the price I paid, $98!! They will only give you a store credit and not a refund. When shopping online, sometimes you never know how the item is going to look or if it fits true to size. I personally feel they should be more open minded to online shoppers but their return policy is rigid. Anyways, I hate the dress I ordered. As you can see in the picture, the dress I received is like a brick red and isn’t as red and vibrant like the picture advertised. I paid $98 for a dress that isn’t true to size, the color isn’t as advertised on their site, and it is of very poor quality. I will be taking this...
