Bullfrog Spas Factory Store - Glendale, AZ — Attraction in Glendale

My husband and I went to Bullfrog Spas after seeing them at Costco. I reached out on their website to see what memorial day deals they had going, then got caught up in their website configuring an M series spa! I was very impressed so sent in my information and the next morning, I received a text from Dave, the manager at the Bullfrog spa factory store in Glendale. We definitely wanted to take advantage of the awesome memorial day deal they had going, a $1700 audio package so we texted Dave back and told him we would definitely be coming, but it would be later in the afternoon. Dave graciously agreed to stay late if he had to so we could come see the spas in action and talk to him in person. Dave was great! He answered all our questions, and we had a lot. We love the fact that there was a lot of spas in the showroom so we could look at what we liked and didn’t like and narrow down what would be the best fit for us. They even had two spas with water in them so we could feel what each of the jet packs did AND felt like. And we really like the idea of the jet packs, It was definitely one of the bigger selling features we liked about bullfrog spas. We also liked the fact that they’re made in Utah and they have a factory showroom here as well as a parts depot in the event their should be a problem we wouldn’t have to wait for parts to be delivered. They also supply an 3 year warranty. Additionally, the final big selling point was Dave himself. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional yet extremely personable. He was very patient with all our questions, he spent three hours with us as we narrowed down our choices. We eventually settled on the M8. Once we decided on the spa we went about picking out the jet packs we wanted. Once again, Dave was very patient explaining what each one did. We were able to choose the exterior and interior colors as well. The price includes delivery so after we got our spa configured and Dave got our order in his system, he went over delivery expectations, there’s and ours. We asked for a pre-site inspection as we have a large property and we want to make sure that was ironed out before the spa was actually delivered, which would be in four weeks. We were actually able to pick the date we wanted it to be delivered and of course we chose the as soon as possible, option! Dave gave us a printout of the electrical needs that we would need to provide and printed us a copy of our order after we provided a 20% deposit. And he did end up staying late to complete our order. It’s nice to know that Dave will be there to support the sale from beginning to end and even after. In this day and age of largely internet sales it’s nice to be able to go to an actual store, see the actual product and speak with an actual knowledgeable...

Highly recommend buying from Dave Bernstein at Bullfrog Spas - Glendale. First purchase of a spa, but my research seeking a high-quality, long-lasting, American made spa led me to Bullfrog and the store 3 miles from our home. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the process from start to finish without any sales pressure. Bullfrog makes several series of spas, several trim levels within each series, and numerous "floorplans" to choose from. After spending 90 minutes the first night we left with 2 to 3 potential options that we needed to both think about and measure up our space to verify fit. We came back a couple nights later with our "floorplan" decided (A8) and then selected colors, options, and of course the 6 jetpacks. Each of the 6 jetpack seats in our spa can be fitted with one of many unique options to fit each family member's needs. By swapping them in and out at the store in a wet demo we were able to make our final selections in a little over 90 minutes in order to complete the purchase. We were able to get an appointment made that night for our custom-built unit to be delivered from the factory in Utah about two weeks after purchase. The delivery team were on time, professional, patient, and careful as they traversed the multitude of obstacles on our half-acre property to get to the back corner where our existing pad awaited it. The installers waited until the unit was filled, added the start-up chemicals, and walked us through owner training. They waited until we were comfortable and ready to takeover the "keys" to our new spa before packing up and heading to the next location. I know the 7 year warranty will most likely mean many years of faithful service, but it is good to know they have a team of local service techs that can perform warranty and service work for the years to come. After one night enjoying the spa our whole family thanks Dave Bernstein for helping us pick the perfect spa for our family of 4. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in the right place! Brian and Jodi were a fantastic help with making our purchase at a great price! We had been shopping around for a hot tub for a couple of months and had started at the Bullfrog in Scottsdale. We really loved the jet packs, overall design and warranties but it was a little more than we wanted to spend. I saw that they had a store in Glendale and we went in after many hot tub stores. Brian told us about an exclusive sale at Costco that they had coming up and we got exactly what we wanted for a price that was in our range! Upon arrival, they crew set everything up and one of them explained step by step how to care for it. He noticed a scratch on the shell and they had someone come a few days later and buff it out! Fantastic customer service all around! And oh…that hot tub! Wowza! We have been in it every single day since we got it! It is beyond our expectations!! (especially for aches and pains!) Life is short - buy...
