Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Glendale

customer service have been terrible the last two times I’ve gone to this location. The first time was when the cashier was snarky and rude and the second time was with Christian who intervened as I was trying to place an order through the drive thru and the lady who originally was taking my order tried telling me that they were not running the promotion for the BLT. Which was fine as I stated that I did not want the promo for $5.99 but, simply just wanted the sandwich on a sourdough bread and then Christian immediately jumped in before I could finish and just kept saying they don’t have it because they don’t have the promo. Does corporate send over a special kind of lettuce or something that prevents this location from making a BLT cheeseburger on sourdough bread??? You may not have a sku to properly charge or whatever the reason is but, I was completely fine for paying for something else if they just would’ve made the sandwich. I pull up to the window and Christian tells me my total and I hand him my card and he sarcastically says “thank you.” The...

I have been to a few different locations, but I by far prefer this specific Jack in the Box location! The people here are always friendly and efficient and the food is always cooked to perfection! Between various fast food places I have been to, I have experienced hardship in communicating with the people taking orders, food being slightly under-cooked or over-cooked when it comes to reaching that perfect level of consistency! But this particular location has always cooked the chicken nuggets to perfection - with the perfect amount of crispiness on the breading and juiciness in the chicken inside! And the egg rolls are always amazingly cooked!

Between the consistency of perfectly cooked food and the friendliness of the staff, this is my favorite location and I am glad that they do so great! Thank you and keep up...

Todays experence will keep me from ever going to a Jack in the Box. Went to 2 locations and was told the system was down or rebooting and I could not order. Why are you stating you are open 24hrs if you have a system that is not! The worst part was at this location while on my phone trying to find a restaurant that was open and wanted my business the rude employee told me that she would call the police if I did not leave immediately. What kind of business are you running? Not serving customers during business hours and now threatening them with cops?
