E.D. MARSHALL’S IS THE BEST JEWELRY STORE I HAVE EVER USED IN MY 70 YEARS. A few years ago, I took my wife's two beautiful rings to a jewelry store in Payson, Arizona to have them resized. However, they ended up damaging the rings. The diamonds kept falling out, and we lost two of them. The staff at the jewelry store kept blaming us, saying that my wife must have been wearing them while grocery shopping and hitting them against something. But my wife had been wearing these rings for over two decades without ever losing a diamond.
After being lied to multiple times by the Payson jewelry store, we got a recommendation from a friend who had many beautiful pieces. She recommended E. D. Marshall, and they were a blessing. My wife's rings were in a terrible state, and E. D. Marshall took microscopic pictures of them and found that many of the diamonds had been glued in! They fixed the rings in one go, and we haven't had any problems since. We now take all our watches and Indian Jewelry to them for repairs.
We also had my mother's five-carat, deep green Tourmaline restyled and placed on an Omega necklace. I thought that it might need to be surrounded by diamonds, but the salesperson told us to keep it simple to highlight the Tourmaline. She could have made more money by staying silent, but she was more concerned with creating a beautiful setting, not a gaudy one.
In addition to repairs, we also took in old, damaged gold and silver pieces and were given the fair market value of the gold and silver. There is no reason to go anywhere else to purchase your fine jewelry or have it repaired. Thank you for all that you have done for us, and for making it possible for my wife to wear her beautiful rings without the fear of them...
Read moreHad a very disappointing experience at this location. I emailed ahead of time to see if ED Marshall would fix my replica watch. It was a gift from my late father and it has sentimental value to me. The email confirmed that they would look at my replica and give me an estimate. Apparently this was not so. When I went to the store to inquire about it the man behind the counter said that they don’t do that. I showed him the email I got and he called someone to confirm if this info was correct he asked, “do we fix fake watches?” Now I am well aware it is a fake but it has sentimental value and that felt disrespectful. Knowing that a manager was on the phone I would’ve thought that might have been a good teachable moment in customer service. Calling it a “fake watch” in front of the customer is in such poor taste. After the man got off the phone and told me they wouldn’t fix my watch he then said that they were the best watch repairers in the valley. Insult to injury much? I don’t think this was a vindictive situation but I would’ve thought ED Marshall would have a higher standard of customer service all things considered. I am very disappointed that I was given the wrong information and then had a poor experience at the...
Read moreI walked into E.D. Marshall Jewelers hoping to get my dad’s watch fixed, and I walked out with so much more than just a repaired timepiece. From the moment I stepped in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse, who went above and beyond—not only did they offer to fix my dad’s watch at no charge, but they took the time to help me find something truly special for my mom.
Jesse’s patience, expertise, and genuine care made the experience unforgettable. They listened, offered thoughtful recommendations, and ensured I found something meaningful rather than just making a sale. It’s RARE to find a place where customer service is personal and sincere.
If you’re looking for quality jewelry and service that comes with heart, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the beautiful pieces but for the trust and kindness that make this...
