Update) please do not lie. Your staff member showed up at 12:05 and we waited outside together and management did not show up until 12:30 to open the doors. I can confirm with my receipt and photo evidence that we were still waiting for someone to open the doors. So this is completely false. While we walked inside the woman( most likely the owners wife was cleaning. The worst thing as a small business is lie to make yourself not look bad. I have messages between myself and your staff asking them when they were going to open.

Very disappointed. Online it said they would be opening at 12:00pm so I waited outside at 11:45 in hopes to be the 1st ones inside before the rush.

Staff member showed up at 12:05 pm where we continued waiting outside until about 12:30 for someone else to come and open the doors.

As I’m paying the front desk attendant ( maybe 15 yrs old ) said are you the one who commented on our post. ( which I did because I wanted to know if they would be here soon) and I replied yes. Bathrooms were full of trash ! No toilet paper no toilet liners available. Mind you I’m the only one at the playground.

The whole time I was there they kept staring at me. To then a little boy ( owners son) told my daughter to come ask me if I was writing something on my phone. I wasn’t going to write a review but I was just so uncomfortable. Very sad because I really wanted to try this location but sad by the way the whole...

We recently had our son’s birthday party here and let me tell you! This is one of the coolest indoor playgrounds we have ever seen. It’s a combination of soft play and virtual arcade games. It’s perfect for everyone of all ages!

The owners and staff were professional, courteous and very attentive. The food was made in house so it was extremely fresh and delicious.

As an adult I’d even have my birthday here! Thank you to everyone at tickletown 4 kids for making our son’s birthday such a wonderful experience...
