Taco Bell — Restaurant in Glendale

Taco Bell food is something I buy only because it is near my home and when I don't wish to drive elsewhere.

Tonight I visited and ordered a cheese quesadilla using their drive thru line. I never order their chicken quesadilla or anything with chicken because I don't like their items containing chicken. When I got home, I bit into one of the slices and bit down on something hard, which was odd because I ordered a cheese quesadilla. The flavor was also strange and unappealing. I opened the quesadilla and discovered a small black bone and chicken. Some of the employees at this location have a huge issue with listening and comprehension.

The food is definitely not true Mexican food. It is generic fast food and the type of place you eat when you are in a hurry. My only advice is that you look at what you order before you drive off. This should be unnecessary, but when dealing with unreliable staff, it becomes necessary.

This is an awesome Taco Bell. The staff is amazing and super nice. I forgot to check the guy's name but the tall white guy with glasses is extremely kind. They work together as a team to make sure you get your food on time. Really happy with this visit. I was doing Uber eats. The guy with the glasses was kind enough to give me the bathroom coat so I can use the bathroom because he knows I'm on the road most of the time so I'm extremely thrown off by that because nobody else has ever done that like voluntarily. Anyways, two thumbs up for this Taco Bell. The guy in the picture is the one I'm talking about. I hope it doesn't get mad that it took a photo of him but he deserves to be thanked by Taco Bell because he said a high standard for them for great, superb, phenomenal...

One star. It was bad experience. They did not participate the on line app menu price, which i could understand. I just purchased a combo from their menue. Hoeever, the pink lemonade was not right. The color of pink lemonade was like plain water and it also tested like just water. When I showed them my pink lemonade they said some one would fix it for me. I was waiting and waiting. However, no one would fix it or would explain me what was going on. Finally, I had to go them again to asked how long it was take until someone put the pink lemonade supplies in the machine, in polite manner. They simple responded "We do not have pink lemonade. " They did not even say that they were sorry for wasting my time or so. I would never go this...
