I ordered 2 simple drinks. Customized iced soy latte and iced decaf americano. I ordered the drinks beforehand so that I can receive them as soon as possible because I had a plan after that. When I get to the store at Central and Acacia in Glendale, I waited for 30 mins. I understand the store was crowded. However, people who entered the store after me and ordered their drinks to the cashier received their drinks before me. And I talked to a man next me, and he said he ordered his drink 5 mins ago. He received his drink before me. I asked about my drinks 3 times. When I FINALLY got my drinks, the barista didn’t even say anything or apologize. I grabbed the drinks back to my car, and I noticed that my drinks wasn’t made as I ordered. I couldn’t go back because I didn’t have time. Do you really take 30 mins to make 2 drinks? Can’t you even say sorry instead of just saying “do you need straws?” I will contact costumer service...

The inside of Starbucks also has clear instructions on how to social distance, each and every single person that enters the space are required to put on a face mask, the kitchen and counter are sealed by a plexiglass divider to ensure that the space and area between customer and employees are separated. The area for seating inside is not available and is cordoned off to prevent people from entering. Because my kids were in a dance team at GHS, so they had to be at school at 6:15am. Now that they have graduated and with the pendamic haven't been here in a while. But when I recently started going, one of the employees remembered me when I scanned my Starbucks app. So sweet that they remembered me 😊 and when I went today 10/22/2021 they were bombarded with drive-thru, online orders, and walk-ins. And they all handled it very well, even though they were short staffed. I know all of our time is of value, but let's all keep in mind the employees are doing their best.
