Diamond Cove Music — Attraction in Gloucester

I had such a fantastic experience at Diamond Cove Music. I'd been seriously searching for an acoustic/electric for about 2 months. Hit up pretty much every guitar shop in MA but couldn't find what I was looking for that wasn't $2.5K+. Diamond is a premium dealer of Eastman Guitars. I'd never played one before and was stoked to walk in and see their huge selection to try. I played pretty much every guitar in the store, I ended up purchasing the first one I picked up. It was exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. Tom and his associate were super nice and incredibly knowledgeable about all things guitars. No sales pressure whatsoever and the thing that really stood out to me was, when I was about 90% ready to pull the trigger, I said to Tom "It's almost perfect yet I'd need to lower the action a bit to make it 💯" Tom said no problem and set it up just how I like it. Tom was so extremely helpful to me when buying my first Mandolin! Due to social distancing, he was able to show me all the different mandolins over video chat and talked me through the pros and cons of all of them. I’m not sure how I would’ve been able to make sure I was buying the right instrument for me in a time of quarantine if it weren’t for Tom! Thanks so much for all your help!
