We are very disappointed. We went to get a part for our sink. In front of the store, the sign reads.. 70% plants. Great! We looked at the plants. I chose a mint plant. All the plants were very sad looking. Dying and wilted. But, at 70% off, thought I'd try to get it healthy. That would have made it like .58 cents. After ringing it up, still says 1.99. And the sink part was twice the price of other places. So I said you forgot the 70% off. He said only if rewards member. Then the sign should have said that. GREAT small-town ACE hardware. Not a big, full-line store with everything under the sun, but adequately stocked to serve the are.

The thing that makes this store stand out is the service. I've been in multiple times and everyone tries to be helpful (even if they're not totally successful - but not every young person knows a lot about hardware, and they try, and they're willing to learn).

They had the concrete paint I needed, it was in sale (even better). Upon opening one of two boxes was opened and ruined. Took it back to exchange, cashier gentleman refused to exchange but did get a full refund. Went to Maize true value hardware, they price matched and we're supper polite!!
