Off The Charts is by far the best dispensary around. Not only are their prices insane, but their selection of products is second to none. They always have ridiculous promotions that are hard to believe- things like 80% off your first visit- and the friendly and knowledgeable staff is wicked helpful in finding you what you you’re looking for. I’m not from around here and I must say I was completely blown away by my shopping experience at “Off The Charts.” They are definitely doing things right!!! The store is immaculate- I mean EXTREMELY clean, and extremely well-stocked. A wide selection of products and prices to fit any budget makes off the charts a no-brainer for any cannabis needs. Don’t waste your time at other local stores they will try to hustle you or charge almost double. I was so impressed. This is how a dispensary should be run. They can't seems to ever figure out what the price is supposed to be, wait for 10-15 minutes to get helped every time and then the manager wonders why people are pressed for time when she's in chill mode all day, don't tell people Pistol Whip is only 25% off for new customers when you clearly advertise differently. Completely different discount. I walked out. My time with my kids is too precious. I guess spending $300 isn't enough. You apparently have to spend $380 and lose an hour of your life driving to and from this place when home is 15 minutes away. Also 1 employee for a Friday?! Every Friday?! At least train the security guard to cash people out. That's what OGC has done for years. Thanks

Update: Ashkon and other folks reached out and informed me there was some confusion and were very apologetic about my experience. They did later honor the correct pricing and even tossed in an infused preroll!

Her product knowledge was impressive — she explained different strains clearly, what effects to expect, and the ideal dosage for someone with my tolerance.
