Grand Haven Room Escape — Attraction in Grand Haven

Overall, it was... an experience. Took my daughter and her friend to the alien encounter room. We were a few minutes late, luckily they accommodated us and we finished the room on time. The room was typical, but my complaint comes from the guy giving directions at the front desk. He made a comment about it being "risky" for me to take a teenage girl out with her friend, implying there was something creepy going on? I don't think he realized it's a father and his daughter. His comment went over the girls' head, so didn't make a scene out of it, but you can bet if my daughter had heard and was offended, I would have said something. So frustrating that a father can't take his daughter out for a fun time without someone making awful comments. I won't recommend this place and I won't be returning for any of the...

I took my boyfriend, his son, and my boyfriend's mother here to have a fun activity to do for the day, and we had a blast. It was so much fun and the owners are absolutely wonderful.

We completed "the Bait Shop", and we will be sure to come back to complete the other 2. The prices for the escape room are also very fair especially for the amount of clues and work you need to do in order to escape.

Overall, definitely a great way to spend time with family...

What a great idea for a family surprise outing! Best part besides the use of creative minds, working together under (fun) pressure, and family time...not one cell phone was out for an entire hour!! We had eight "detectives" from 12-47 yrs old solving the Autopsy! Very clever clues and puzzles and the time went by so quickly..but we made it in the nick of time! Thank you!! Can't wait to do another room soon! Very professional staff and props were great...
