Store scam they told me my phone was bad so I can turn in a claim but then sold me a phone because they actually cannot do claims they told me my phone would not transfer all the information so I could bring it back later they failed to tell me it would be need to brought in within 30 days. Then they told me when I brought the phone back I would not get a full credit as they initially claimed because it was beyond 30 days.
And that they can only give me a $250 credit when I complained about it my credit went to 500 and when I complain again about it it went to $800 now I still don't see it off my bill and when I'm going to pay off my bill with my phone they said I cannot pay the phone off unless I pay $1,100. 03
So when I asked for my phone back they said they cannot send it back and all the payments I have made only added up to $288 a new phone is 1299 so if you do the math they scam me on my phone my phone that they gave a value of $800 they are keeping and telling me that I do not get any of that credit and I still owe $1,000.
So I'm to understand that my $800 phone plus my 1011 balance adds up to 1,800 plus my 288 that I already paid in totals 2088 that I'm paying for a phone my suggestion would be to buy a phone on the black market and just go get a service they are very non customer oriented and I've been with them for over 20 years I'm going to switch all my phones from AT&T to probably Spectrum!! Listen up....the store will Tell you they will pay a lump sum after they try to low ball you on your buy out .... They told me full amount on trade in and free phone at the store .. But 1299.95 new phone -800 trade in is all I got them to finally give me a credit for that I never get anyway....cause I'm leaving them. 288 paid in payments so far
$2099 paid for a phone and they got my old phone....
My insurance deductable was 275 Then I would have gotten a new phone.....MAYBE....Im sure there was another loop hole.
Don't get screwed like I did the stores cannot take insurance claims but will talk you into staying that's the plan and tell you your phone will be paid off and it won't, and not tell you it's a 30 day return. When you go back in the store they look up your account and tell you you will have to come back.....
By the way it took 3 weeks to get the old phone back to the warehouse and they did not erase the phone when I gave it to them per request.
I've been scammed by ATT I even talked to a escalation team person explaining to her that I have had five phones for almost 20 years with them and I'm a valued customer and if they can't do something for me in this matter then they just don't care about their customers and she said yep that's right Don't deal with her SA 2812 badge ...

I had to wait two weeks for an internet installation because I’m a single mom with a full time job and their installation hours are 8-12 or 12-4. One of their employees told me I could “just take an hour off of work” but I wouldn’t know when or if they would only be there for an hour. The tech came out to do the installation and left saying I was good to go but the internet didn’t work. I called support asking them to have him come back and they were going to make me wait a week before sending another tech out as they couldn’t fix the problem over the phone. I got on chat with my phone data and someone informed me a tech could be out later in 3 days. Tech got there at 5 PM and was in and out until 10 PM. Said all the out cable was bad and had to replace all of it. Tech left at 10 pm, still no internet and now no TV either. This tech told me someone would come out in the morning. Someone came out to fix the main hub in the morning, internet STILL not working. So I get back on with support and they tell me they’re going to have to send another tech out. I explain to the customer service they have already sent 3, the issue should already be fixed. We tried multiple times to try to reboot the system and finally internet works. At this point I’ve waited two and a half weeks and had to be home for 3 technicians to do the job the 1st one should have done and the internet is subpar. It will not even run if 3 devices are connected to it. WASTE of time, money and sanity. They make a “promise” to their customers, then give awful service and clearly...
   Read moreI called and they answered the phone quickly and kindly! Once I got to the store I felt like a priority from the moment I walked in! I Was greeted and served with great attention to my wireless needs and knowledgeable employees. David spent over 2 hours walking through the set up with my family’s lines and he saved us a lot of money! I am so thankful that there are still servant hearted people out there. I will be choosing this location as my home store!

Update: Since this review I have been back into the store 9 times to fix my bill and the service has drastically changed.
I believe there is something sketchy going on. Our bill was quoted to us as being $260 a month without tax. When the first bill came in it was $450. Now I understand they can’t get it exactly right but to be off this much is absurd.
I have seen random service protection added to two numbers on my line at 11pm at night and when I went in to ask about it he told me that my brothers “requested it” my brother had not been in the store in over a week and had not added an extra $24 monthly charge.
The customer service has been getting worse and worse. David has been getting very short with me when I go in asking to have the bill be closer to what he originally told me it would be. He has been dishonest and added charges when he said that he would not.
I will have to find a new store that is more honest or potentially leave AT&T...
