We took our computer to have a new cooler installed. The computer was working fine before hand but was working on upgrading some components. We got the computer back and it won't work at all any longer. They told us to take it back and we did, but after having it all day, they said they would not fix it because they didn't charge us initially. Every single time I try to contact them interact with them in any formal way they don't seem to know anything about computers I always seem to find the most uneducated staff member and they'll flat out tell me sorry for my ignorance I normally don't work at this location or something to that matter. My engineering business has been a customer of Computer Concepts in Grand Island for more than 25 years! Fifty plus engineers need a lot of computing power and regular service. Amazingly the staff at Computer Concepts just keep getting better!
