I usually love eating Panda, but today's experience was just awful. At the drive thru, I waited about 5 minutes for fresh stuff (which is great) but when the lady brought it out to me, she forgot half my order. I mentioned it and she want back to retrieve the rest, but didn't get it all and had to go back for a 3rd time.
The fresh mushroom chicken was good, but that's about it. The crab rangoon was so old it didnt even taste right and they poured a tiny bit of the teriaki sauce on my teriaki chicken and didnt even give me a cup of it.
Then I realized they forgot my receipt, so I called remembering the policy they have on their drive thru window - "if you don't get a receipt or the total is different then u get a free meal". They claimed the cashier did give me the receipt, which i dont have. And they claimed they cannot honor that policy even if I didn't get a receipt. What the hell is that?

This time the noodles tasted weird (like they were cooked in bad oil), the sesame chicken was awful, and had no flavor. It tasted like they forgot the sauce. I had the manager try it, and he agreed it tasted like plain chicken. I think they made more but didn't offer us a new batch. We also got the Beijing beef and it was terrible too, like bad oil and no sauce. (my friend and I got the same thing and both agreed it was not good). These are all my favorites so I know what they're supposed to taste like. The last few visits here have been inconsistent, out of items, things tasting bad, and last time I told them they were out of iced tea and they were like 'oh ok' and did nothing. For $10 I could get much better food (or a full buffet) elsewhere. Don't think I'll be returning for...
Read moreI'm extremely disappointed. I rarely get to go out to eat and when I do I like to enjoy it. A friend took me out for my birthday to Panda Express and I was going to order the walnut shrimp. There was enough for one serving for the person in front of me and then there was a 1/2 of a serving left so I said to the person running the front can I have half of that portion of shrimp and then fill it with Orange chicken on the rest and she said no she can't do that so I asked if They would make more walnut shrimp and she said no they won't do it until they get another crowd in this was at 1:00 p.m. today. I can tell you I will never eat at your restaurant again what a deflated birthday I had. That is either a franchisee decision or a corporate decision but either way it's a poor one.
