When we entered the restaurant we faced a dog in the restaurant. What? Really? I don't care who you eat with at home? Restaurants are no place for animals. Not to mention I tried using a coupon I found and they would not let me use it, said Olive garden has not issued coupons since covid. One reason I took my party of 5 there. I won't be eatting here anytime soon. There was very little social distancing. Every table and booth around us was being used. The people next to us got up and left before ordering, now I know why. Sad because this is one of our favorites. Ive never filled one of these out but felt people needed to know. We traveled over 85 miles to eat here and shop Grand Island. Not to bag on even more but the floors were terrible dirty. Like mentioned before I normally don't give ratings but VERY DISAPPOINTED in our evening. Server was very good, although it was so busy it was hard to hear. He did a great job doing his part. Our overall experience was enough on the displeased side that we will not visit this establishment anytime not to mention I unfortynately spent over $160 and did not enjoy my evening. Money not well spent. Save your money and go elsewhere. Food waa good but evening was not. Covid can't be blamed for everything. Hope yours is better. Other than someone coming on an saying we are sorry, has anyone really been shown they correct the sometimes big hard earned money we spent there? I have to work 2 12 hr days to pay for the...
Read moreWaiting time was horrible. We expected the wait and that was fine. They seated a lot people that came in after us until we were the only ones left in the lobby. They finally called us and we got up to follow the hostess , she then told us she didn't think the booth may be a little cramped. Again, we had to wait. More people arrived and were seated, we waited some more. We were thinking of leaving when my mother decided to ask the hostess a question. When the hostess was asked if they could possibly put 2 tables together she was VERY rude and short with her answer. She said it would only be a couple of minutes. Waited a lot longer than a couple of minutes. When we were finally called we hesitated to go as more people came in after us and wondered if they were going to seat them ahead of us again. As we were going to our seats, 3 of us noticed there were 3 long tables available that could have accommodated our party. On a better note, our waitress, Wendy, was excellent, very nice, polite and attentive. I noticed she was that way with all of her tables. I commented to her that she was the best waitress we have seen in a long time. Food was very good. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the ridiculous wait time and seating of other parties that came after us and the rudeness of...
Read moreI love this place. I have been here more times than I can count and have never had a bad meal, never bad service. When my husband I got married we had a very small wedding and we went to Olive Garden afterwards to eat and celebrate. The waitress asked what we were up to today and my mother-in-law told her that her son just got married so we were celebrating. She offered us a congratulations and then brought us all dessert and said congratulations again it was on them. After our dessert we waited for our ticket which never came so we finally flagged the waitress down to ask her where are receipt was and she said oh the manager paid for your entire meal. And not just our meal he paid for our entire wedding parties meals as well. We then asked if we could thank him so he came out to our table and we told him thank you for what he did and he said just make sure you celebrate your first wedding anniversary with us. We've been married 5 years and every anniversary has been to Olive Garden too eat. Thanks again...
