As a restaurant it's great food is amazing staff are great but the GM is pretty lazy and only cares about her boyfriend's new bar. I've seen her help a couple times when it got busy and I've seen her do paperwork and a couple catering things but other than that she's only at the store when she wants to be. She hired me knowing I was looking for an opportunity to get back on my feet and my kids got sick my first full week so I ended up missing a couple days. I had to get a job to get my phone back on as well as pay my bills so I gave her my email, Snapchat, FB messenger information AND my fiance's phone number to get a hold of me which NO ONE used AT ALL. She never gave me her number and every time I tried to message her in any other way I could she'd ignore me and then blame my phone not being on as a reason not to give me hours so now I can't afford to get my phone turned back on in a stupid cycle. A real boss would use all of those opportunities to contact their staff. She literally added me on Snapchat but NEVER responded to any of my messages and didn't look at them for over 24hours I even went and helped her mom with her own business and haven't even been paid yet. And of course I'm sure my phone being off is going to be the excuse. I even wasted my time thanking her for the opportunity to get my life back on track. Now all I feel is used and I could have used all this time to find a job that actually cared enough to try and communicate instead of waiting trying to get my phone back on only to be set back with the lack of money. I'll be there for my last check and the money her mom owes me on Monday or Tuesday. Before someone says this is petty, more people need to do public reviews on management so other people know that they aren't going to end up in therapy after the first couple weeks of working for someone. So that MAYBE companies will start to make their businesses a place people WANT to be at. It only takes ONE bad boss to ruin an...
Read moreFirst and foremost, I would like to say that they are very obviously short staffed. But the guy and gal that were there were VERY good. They deserve a retention bonus or something because I certainly couldn't do what they do. I had a to-go pick-up order, and my food "should be ready by 11:23-11:28" I got there right on the dot at 11:23, and I believe my food wasn't even started yet. I told the lady my name, and she said she would have it ready as soon as possible. The guy working was flying everywhere, helping the flood of people for dine-in, and the gal was half helping him, as well as working my order. I did get my food "later than expected" but after watching them, I couldn't care less. I would also like to point out that the QDoba app doesn't allow me to do what I wanted on one of my orders, so I put a little note in the space for order names. and while watching the lady make my food in such a rush, I wasn't expecting her to pick up on my note... she understood the mission. 10/10! All food was delicious, and I didn't think I ordered a drink, but because of the restaurants challenges being understaffed, she gave me a drink cup while apologizing for the delay. To the owner or upper managment who reads these, Do what you can to keep them. Otherwise, you'll have a sinking business. they are doing their best to keep this...
Read moreJust came here to grab food for my son quickly. After having been to the amazing Qdoba in Kearney I had high expectations for this place. First off I was not greeted at all as I stood in line in clear view of 3 workers there that ignored me for 7minutes, yes I timed it. Going on with my order after I was finally acknowledged the gentleman didn't ask what I wanted, what he could get started for me he just stared at me and waited until I spoke with a look of complet frustration and annoyance on his face as if I was interuppting his time. So I ordered my son's food, and checked out and left. No Thank you, no nothing. Just another annoyed staff that sighed as she rang me up and then left the counter as soon as I did to do something else. I purchased a bowl, that didn't have a lid on it just tin foil covering it. Probably not coming here again. This store should really look at how the Kearney store is run and take some tips from them. That Qdoba had us in and out in under 10 mins with 8 people in front of us and 4 people working there. It was clean, they were fast, efficient, polite, and I bought extra stuff bc they promoted their food and I was very happy with...
