The first time I went here I had a great experience. The lady was nice she did my nails perfectly! The second and third time were terrible. Horrible experience. The guy doing my nails would stop painting them to answer a text on his phone and he would hold up his finger to me and tell me he needed a minute. He did this throughout the entire hour I sat there to get my nails done. Not only that but I asked for a third coat because I could see through my nail still and he told me no. He made it a huge deal that I asked and I was almost embarrassed because he raised his voice and everyone heard him. By then I just wanted to leave the place. That's when I saw he had gotten black speckled stuff on a couple of my nails. He even saw it himself and didn't try to fix them. I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave that I didn't say anything to him. I later then called and asked if I could come back and get those nails he got black speckled stuff on redone. They said that was fine. So the next day I come in and the lady says she doesn't see anything wrong with my nails. There was black stuff all over them. How can you not see that? I got a teal color so the black was very visible. So she finally repainted those nails and then just left me sitting there without her finishing them. I had to find someone and ask them to wipe them off with the alcohol wipe so they weren't sticky and would harden. My nail lady was on vacaction otherwise I would have never went here, but I have gotten my nails done 2 times a week for over 2 years and I have never had a more worst experience than that. Read moreWent in at 1030 for 4 pedicures. They advised they were very busy and scheduled us for 1130. We were perfectly ok with that and came back an hour later. Sat us down at 1130 with cold water (the gentleman seemed very annoyed that every single person said their water was cold) and sat on his cell phone the whole time. First of our group got started about 25 minutes later. The final person in our group wasn’t started until after 1220, almost an hour past our appt. We weren’t given the full experience of the package we picked, and still had very rough feet at the end of the pedicure. I pointed this out at check out and asked for a card saying I could return later and have it fixed (we were already late for another appt having been there 2 hours now). She advised they missed nothing and I either sat down now or wouldn’t be fixed. I even said I would stil pay for the regular polish but she said I had to pay for everything as I couldn’t prove things weren’t done. Read moreI went in yesterday to get a fill for acrylic over my natural nails and today I noticed the acrylic wasn't on my natural nail this was with 2 nails. I go in today to get the 2 bad nails fixed after walking in and not being acknowledged for like 10 mins the owner Lisa finally takes her time to look at me and ask what I needed. I let her know I needed to get my 2 nails fixed and showed her she blamed me. She said I needed to stop lifting the acrylic and started putting glue on one of my nails. She blamed me for making the acrylic lift from my natural nails. I told her not to waste her glue on my nails that they needed to be redone she said glue would fix them.
