Brush Studio — Attraction in Grand Rapids

I had a baby shower here for my daughter last week. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

We had separate charcuterie lunch boxes delivered and Brush Studio had a bar for alcoholic and soft drinks. We ate first, then they lead us through a 45-minute mini session to create small paintings. My daughter wanted penguins so they actually sketched the outline on each canvas ahead of time.

They were so nice and easy to work with. Customer service was great…they got back to me right away with any questions I had.

We brought in dessert but you should know that using the bar is required for any drinks you need (in other words, you can’t bring a punch bowl or any outside drinks). We used Graze Craze for charcuterie and they had been there before…they were right on time and charged no delivery fees.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had an event go better than this one. Thanks to both Brush Studio and Graze Craze, the event went off without a hitch.

And I should mention, you do not need to decorate..in fact, they advise against it. Decorations are not needed in this beautiful space. If I could rate 5 diamonds I would 🥰 What an amazing delightful experience. I'm an artist in many forms and I've been wanting to do a traditional wine and canvas for a while since I've only done a 'smoke & stroke' paint session in ATL 2018; which consist of MJ or hookah (I smoked hookah) and paint what you desire. A friend and I booked for wine and canvas for the same date but since they cancelled it; it had brought us to try Brush Studio. I love everything about it! The name, the building and interior atmosphere, the calm welcoming energy, the staff and set up. And Jill the instructor was so light hearted and easy when guiding new to experienced artists for our class. She made painting 🖌️🎨 interesting since this was new to me having a theme, foundation and specific brushes / canvas size provided. I am normally a freestyler when it comes to any art. She made me feel that making mistakes or imperfection were A okay👌🏼 There were about 15 participants give or take and my curiosity was how different everyone's painting results were going to outcome having us all paint the same image. I was much intrigued in all positive ways seeing everyone's craft😄 I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you Brush Studio!!...
