Great friendly service! I wish I would've gotten the name's of the two gentlemen behind the counter, they were both very helpful and friendly. That is the exact opposite treatment I received at North Coast, I asked for 220 feet of direct burial cable, I'm not saying the salesman was rude but he definitely was not friendly. It felt like I was wasting his time. I didn't have an account so he said I would have to buy a 1000 foot roll.I went to Platt and even though I didn't have an account they were helpful and friendly. They didn't have the cable in stock so they ordered it cut to lenth on Friday and I got a call early Monday that my order had arrived. Great place, great service. I'm a retired hvac mechanic from the state of Alaska, I did business with both Platt and North Coast in Anchorage. I'm very disappointed with the service I received at North Coast, Platt will definitely be getting my business...
