Horrible food. This by far has to rank up there with the worst Mexican food (American cheap version) I've ever had. Growing up in California I've had my share of variances in Mexican Cuisine but this is just absolutely horrible. Rice and beans appear to be out of cans. I ordered a special number 5 which is a chicken burrito with rice and beans and it was literally one pound of chicken shredded up and put into a tortilla with nothing else in it including no seasoning whatsoever. Not even cheese, just a pound of dry chicken. We ended up taking the meat out of the burrito when we got home, rehydrating it with enchilada sauce, getting our own tortillas out of the refrigerator with cheese and we ended up building for burritos out of the chicken that we had adding a can of black beans to the beans and rice they gave us and making decent burritos. We only did this because it was money that we did not want to waste so we had to figure out how to use that food. I've attached pictures. I absolutely do not recommend thid place. The fish tacos, that we ordered ,which was the Friday special were even worse and we could not eat them at all.

I went through the drive-thru last week, we got a chimichanga and a couple of tostadas. They put the chimichanga into a styrofoam to-go container, however it was so hot when they put it in that it melted the front and back of the container and started leaking in our truck. Then the next day I got a notice that the total was finalized on my card. Come to find out they had added a tip to my bill without my knowledge or consent. I filed a dispute and was given the money back. While it was only a dollar tip they added, it was still added without my knowledge or consent. I advise others to watch their accounts after visiting this restaurant to make sure they are not adding to your bill without your knowledge.

Go to Muchas Gracias for "Carne Asada Fries" why get nachos when you can have it on a bed of hot fries. Unfortunetly if i'm rating this visit the food was not prepared well. Usually it has fresh guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo ontop of cheese, beans, carne asada, and fries. This time not so much... I barely found a trace of pico de gallo which usually makes the dish, rather a few loose tomatoes that didn't taste fresh also the guac was not looking too fresh. In my opinion in the past it had an overall better ratio of fresh ingredients. 3 star rating due to a drop in quality 😕

Horrible. They’ve messed up my order nearly every time so I was already a little worried about going there but it was late and they were really the only option so I figured I’d just get a quesadilla cause I mean... how bad can you screw up a quesadilla right?.....They messed up my order COMPLETELY even though I confirmed it with the man 3 times, once over the speaker and twice at the window before I paid. Not only was the order completely messed up, the food just looked disgusting. I went in and politely asked for a refund (the food was untouched and I didn’t want to eat it, I just wanted to take my money and try to find somewhere else to go) and they refused and insisted it was my fault that I had ordered it wrong (even though I was extremely clear and confirmed with the guy 3 times!!). When I asked if I could at least get the side of guacamole and sour cream for my quesadilla (that I asked for 3 times and wasn’t given) they said I wasn’t charged for it, so I asked how much it would be and they said $5!! For a small side of sour cream and guac!! I said never mind I can get full containers of both at the grocery store for that price....as if that wasn’t enough, I also got very sick about an hour after eating my beef quesadilla also their nachos are always soggy, majority of their food is mediocre at best.... It might just be this location because I’ve been to one in Medford a couple times and never had an issue... but it’s safe to say I’ve given up completely and I will never be back...I’m rarely the type to complain and NEVER the type to write lengthy reviews since I’ve worked food service and retail my whole life so I’m very empathetic but.... you can get better food and service at Taco Bell for...

Please be aware the Grants Pass location muchas gracias is at least 10 times better than others I have seen north of Eugene. Winston is pretty good too.. it's not even close folks these guys bring it. Not cheap anymore like in the early 90s but they don't have to. split in half if you want it's that big. Not the same that you get in Gresham OR Vancouver that I have found yet and I've tried to eat there many times. The flavors aren't even quite right. I don't know if Grants Pass is the original location or not but they've been there an awfully long time and the food is delicious. Are they still open like 24/7? A buddy of mine and I had a muchas gracias Burrito on Christmas, a while back so I don't remember when. I brag how good the chain is to my buddies and I've been disappointed. Not the unit you get served in GP. The chorizo burrito I had the other morning probably weighed 3 lb I'm not kidding and so flavorful, I love the cheese in the middle of all that. Don't order the double meat. It's as much food as like a dozen drive thru breakfast sandwiches , throw in a side of potatoes, so you need a gallon ziploc or 3 quart size Don't try to eat it behind the wheel unless you have NBA player size hands. The green sauce comes out of carpet okay but not the red. 10/10 proud of my hometown. Next time...

I've come to this place for years every now and then. I get a horchata and this last time I got a supreme quesadilla. Good amount of food, the beans are usually SUPER delicious (sometimes you get really salty beans, but usually they are amazing). And the cheese seems like the pre-cut bagged type of cheese but also somehow is really really good. Everything always compliments the other items well. The guac is pretty good too. I recommend this place if you need something quick, filling, tasty and not overly expensive. These guys are good on price. Never been sick after eating here. I have never been inside the building because I always go through the drive through (which also means they have never gotten my order wrong! Whaaa? Amazing). The entrance is kinda wonky because you have to actually get into the right turning lane to the freeway in order to pull right into their parking lot, so it's easy to take the right directly before it but don't. There isn't an entrance that way (hopefully they connect it one of these days) so for now even though it looks like you're gonna miss it and get on the freeway heading South, still get into that turning lane and right before you turn is their driveway on the right. Hope that made sense....
