I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my friends and I had at your Grants Pass location this evening. The situation that unfolded was not only unpleasant but also highly unprofessional.
We were among the first customers to leave the theater, upset because the wrong movie was played. As we approached the counter to request a refund, we found ourselves caught in an uncomfortable situation with another irate customer. This customer was loudly demanding a refund, which understandably required immediate attention. However, the way this was handled left much to be desired.
While waiting for our turn, I witnessed Isaac, one of your staff members, acting in a shockingly unprofessional manner. Not only was he cussing and threatening the loud customer under his breath, but he was also aggressively swinging a broom around. His behavior was intimidating and completely unacceptable for a customer service environment. This created a very hostile atmosphere and added to our frustration.
Meanwhile, despite being first in line, we were ignored as the assistant manager (Cassidy? Something with a C) focused solely on the loud customer. I understand that the assistant manager had to address the situation, but the rest of us should not have been overlooked, especially given that we were there first.
On a positive note, I want to commend Brody, one of your regular staff members. Throughout the entire ordeal, Brody remained calm, kind, and professional. He did his best to manage the situation and made us feel somewhat reassured despite the chaos.
However, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The unprofessional conduct displayed by Isaac and the lack of efficient handling by the assistant manager significantly marred our evening. We left without our refund, feeling deeply dissatisfied and disrespected.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure such incidents do not happen again. Proper training and better management of customer service situations are essential. I would also appreciate it if the issue of our refund could be resolved as soon...

Booked a Birthday party (again) the first 2 birthday partys were awesome. They don’t hold seats for your party anymore. No lanyards for the guest anymore. They don’t take the kids to look at the cameras anymore and the arcade has no prizes anymore nor do they offer tokens like before. They don’t have food upgrade options anymore (something else I said I wanted to do because of having teens) So, I paid an arm and a leg with no kind of incentive back since we didn’t use the small drink that came with the pack. Now all you get is a kids pack, with teens that’s an insult as I said before you used to be able to do food upgrades, not no more.
I booked weeks in advanced, I was told that someone would get in contact with me to pick out the times for the movie when they became available and no one did. I had to reach out twice to have the Lords name, taken in vain by an employee to be passed to a manager just to get a movie time. So we get there and I stated we were the birthday party @3:20 and was prompted that a manager was going to help us, this was 20 minutes till show time… 3 minutes before the movie starts, I mentioned we’re still waiting, a manager came over and started to give me excuses about a staff shortage when there was seven staff members, including her, and that’s not including the group that went into the office. Plus this has been booked for weeks and I just talked to her about the movie time 2 days prior. Another manager came over and started helping along with the rest of the staff with the drink orders.
