Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Grants Pass

I don't frequent this dutch often. Based on my experience yesterday, I'm glad I don't. I pulled in to order about 5:45 yesterday evening. There was 1 car ahead of me and as I watched the barista hand the person their coffee. the person AND the barista continued to carry on in conversation for a good 10 min not really caring that I was waiting. When I got to the window, I expressed my disappointment and frustration and the guy barista made the excuse, the person in front of me being "really chatty" is an employee. What the heck! This made me even more frustrated!! This behavior was a reminder and gave me the perception of how people these days don't have solid work ethics anymore. So disappointing! I won't be visiting this...

Atmosphere is always a tad loud for my liking. Service has not once been bad. Qualitt ingredients and healthy options are severely lacking. Everything is loaded with sugar and pre-made. More choices for people not trying to go into a diabetic coma would be good. I always get an Icy Bun which is just ice water for the Summer months. In the Winter months I always get a large cinnamon spice tea with steamed cream and honey, and I ask for the second tea bag on the side to take home or it's just too much spice in the large. (They used to only do one bag and it was perfect but now they add two and it's too much for me personally). That drink, when made correctly, is really delicious...

I hate to say this but I'm losing faith in Dutch Bros. For a long time I wouldn't even entertain the idea of going somewhere else but I have been thinking about going over to the dark side and visiting Starbucks. I know I know it's crazy but Dutch Bros is a disappointment now days. The last four or five times I've gone to db its be frustrating. The people don't really listen to you at all. They don't even hardly look your way when you pull up and try to order. The drinks I've gotten weren't up to par at all. There's nothing fun about going there like there used to be. They never have stickers. It bums me out to waste my money...
