I made a huge mistake and took my IPhone XR to Cracked wireless in downtown about 6 months ago and had been having random issues with my screen ever since then. I knew when I walked in there that I had made a mistake but I thought would give the guy a chance to do a good job and he failed to say the least. After taking my phone to Quiet Tech today I found out that (Cracked) never put the moisture barrier back in the phone and hadn't set the screen in tightly/correctly so that’s what was causing my issues. I had the phone in my bathroom while I was in the shower yesterday and the moisture from the steam got in my phone due to not having the moisture barrier and it started malfunctioning again. This is my work phone and is basically has my whole life on it at this point. Also if the phone breaks under my care I have to pay for a new one. Anyhow I called Quiet Tech today and although they were out of new replacement screens he had me come down to at least see if we could try an old cracked screen they had lying around to see if the phone would still work or if in fact I would have to buy a new one. They got my phone working again and we’re able to explain everything that the other store had done wrong which was outstanding. There is a lot of tech in these phones and they were able to explain every detail and help me understand what really happened. He sent me home with a cracked replacement screen today but at least my phone is working and when they get the new screens in tomorrow or Thursday I will be going back into get it fixed good as new. Anyhow they basically completely saved my A** today so thank you...

can't say enough positive about my experience with Quietech! For some time I was enduring an old computer which was pretty nonfunctional and beginning to crash and lose my data. I did that because I was hesitant to replace it due to my "fear" of having to deal with all the data transfer and learning a new device. I'm a retired Social Worker and my brain is not wired for tech!

From the moment I walked into your office and started working with Gavyn, I felt very confident in buying a new computer and going through the transition process. Gavyn patiently listened to my needs and concerns; with that in mind he helped me purchase a new computer & monitor. He continued to be very supportive when I took in my computer for the data transfer. He kept me updated on his progress and when completed, went over everything with me in your office.

Will then came out and set everything up which I was especially concerned I could not do by myself. He got everything up and running to include organizing my desk to be more efficient!

Both Gavyn and Will are very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and understanding towards customers. As such I have total trust in them which translates into my trust and appreciation of your business. I am surprised I would say that I am totally enjoying my new computer and it is definitely a huge improvement!!! I am in awe of it every day and my regret is that I did not do this a long time ago.

The professionals at Quietech are top notch! Our office was having problems with three of our computers, two PC’s and a Mac. The PC’s (one is brand new) were running very, very slow. Even after we had them worked on by another company! We were referred to Quietch and we were not disappointed. We made an appointment and Melissa came out to our business to look at our computers on-site. She followed the states guidelines regarding COVID-19. She was friendly and professional and figured out the problem with both of our PC’s in a matter of minutes! We were both impressed and relived. She then took our Mac, which has crashed, back to her office. Another employee, Andrew, worked on the Mac in a very timely manner. He diagnosed the problem, communicated the issue to us, and had it fixed that same day. He was fast and professional. We were thinking that the cost of repairing all three computers would be expensive but their prices were very reasonable! We will never go anywhere else. They really know what they’re doing!
